I purchased merchandise from the store and when I got it the cloths did not fit. I called customer service to get this issue figured out. When I called they said I could exchange the cloths but because of the maxi dress no matter what size I got they werent going to fit. So I spent a decent amount of time on the phone with customer service arguing with them and at the end of our conversation they told me they would give me a refund. Well I called back because I notices that I never got a refund. Now customer service is telling me that they never told me that and they are unable to help me. I will never buy from this company EVER again due to the way customer service handled this situation. I have never worked with a customer service that was so rude and ignorant to their customers. For future customers I would highly recommend not shopping here because of customer service.

Cheaply made clothes. Colors fade. They are very snooty. I spent over $300 with them. I never write reviews, they are only nice to get your money. The store is run by older women with a brain function of maybe a pre teen. My father was an elite business man and Im all about supporting local businesses, but they are beyond terrible. Want to look and be treated less than par; go here. The icing on the cake was when and employee actually snickered and laughed after I told her my father passed away from cancer!!!!!! I was like, "you just laughed? Are you serious?" Ill never step foot in that store again. Shop Indigo in Memphis. They are so nice and friendly. I promise you, it took all of my self control not to have it after she actually laughed at my father having cancer. Cheaply made clothes. Best advice, you cant mix class with trash and thats what this place is. trash

The most incompetent and rude customer service team Ive ever encountered. I told them that I did not receive my order, and they told me that they put it in the mail, so its my problem not theirs. They actually told me to walk around my neighborhood and knock on doors to see if they received it by accident??? They dont even put their name or number on their correspondence because they dont want to be held accountable for their ridiculous statements. Its unbelievable that they are still in business. If you have a problem, and you paid with Pay Pal, I recommend that you file a claim through Pay Pal.

I have bought alot of clothes from here...all were very lovely and fit perfect. Altho the last order I place over $300 did not mount up to the past quality of dresses I ordered. I packaged them up and returned them with a nice letter I had written of the things I would like in return being there is no refund or store near me. Im sure they have received the package but I have heard not one work about my return 2 weeks ago. I guess I will have to call...we got some $$ tied up here....

I LOVE pink coconut boutique! I live local so I get to shop in store which is awesome, but I also buy a LOT online because its so easy and Im usually to busy to stop in store much. They have always been so sweet and everything I have ever ordered has been amazing! The customer service is amazing too. They always get back to me and try and resolve any problems I have ever had. My entire closet is going to be PCB before long, if it already isnt! :)

This is turning into my favorite place to shop. I love that I can order online from Florida and the sizes are true and everything is just as cute in person as it is on the website. I havent had any trouble with fading colors or shrinkage. I have worn, washed, and dried over and over again. I get so many compliments on the clothes from Pink Coconut. I just got my new dress in the mail today and cant wait to wear it to work tomorrow.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received, bar none. Rude, condescending, and unwaveringly discurteous. Each and every member of their "customer service" team displayed a level of ineptitude that bordered on the imbecilic. Cute clothes or not, placing an order from such a company will, I promise you, be a huge mistake! **AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They basically robbed me...

first order was pleasant and no problems....second order they sent me the wrong item. I had to pay for return shipping, and since they did not just exchange the item, they only issued me store credit, I have to pay for shipping for the replacement product. The only reason there will be a third order is because I am using my store credit for their mistake!

Loved all the dresses on website....Until I received the one I ordered. AWFUL !! I ordered a small and when I tried it on it was twice the size bigger if not more. Very poor quality too. Its probably s BIG REF FLAG when a company does not do refunds! Its a total waste of time and money , which I still havent gotten mine back after a month.

I ordered two tops they had on a 70% off sale at the beginning of the week. By Friday, it had been delivered. The Shipping was pretty quick. The tops both fit great. I love the fit and length, especially the price. My only concern is that I never got an email saying when they were shipped.
