All of their stuff looks sooo cute in their pictures. I bought a few dresses for an upcoming cruise. I measured myself before ordering. All the sizes were off from what they showed on their site. Two of the dresses I bought felt cheap. I knew I couldnt take one dress back because it was on clearance. I tried taking the other two back and found out that they do not give refunds. Only store credit. This is stated on their website. I read it quick and the way I understood it, is there was no refund on flash sale stuff or clearance stuff but its actually on everything. Anyway, a store that cant give a refund is not a place I want to shop at again. I took everything back that I could within two days and still was only able to get store credit. So now I have a store credit for clothes that are way more expensive then what you are actually getting. I wanted to like everything. I wanted it all to fit. But sometimes stuff doesnt fit and it doesnt look the same in person. Unfortunately you cant try stuff out and return it and get your money back from this store. Not the way any other online stores work that I have shopped with.

Poor Quality. My experience is several years old, but it looks like nothing has changed. The garments (3 sweaters ordered) were crammed into one FedEx small shipper box. When they arrived, they were so wrinkled I had to immediately bring them to the dry cleaner to press. At the dry cleaner, I held them up to explain that they were new and handle with care. Thats when I noted what terribly quality. The knitting was coming undone, the sleeves were different lengths. The worst was when I called to get my money returned. I spoke with the founder. She couldnt be more flippant, unconcern and straight callous.

Needed help finding the perfect dress for a wedding I have coming up. These guys were amazing! Not only did they help me find a great dress but they helped me work out the measurements to make sure it would fit as I wouldnt have enough time to return it for a different size! Outstanding customer service and I cant wait to get my dress!!

This place is a scam. Charged my card several times, clothes never ship and the owner whose "so busy" and has "millions of shoppers everyday" will call you at home and berate you over the phone calling you "pathetic and a loser." Save your money and shop somewhere else with better quality and an honorable owner!
