I would give the regular store employees five stars. The store is always tidy and the employees are almost always friendly and really helpful. The pharmacy is another story. They would only get 1 star. Ive actually stopped bringing my prescriptions there because the people are so rude! Usually the women are snarky because I just interrupted their gossip time. The male pharmacist will be on the phone with a family member (you can tell by the conversation) while I wait to pick up my prescription. About a month ago my doctor accidentally called my prescription into this rite aid. When I went to pick it up it was one they didnt carry. When I said what should I do now "the woman rolled her eyes and said "apparently you need to call another store and find someone who carries it" and walked away. I dont know if anyone actually reads these reviews but the rudest person is a middle aged woman with brown messy, short hair. She needs to be fired.

I like going to this place. My prescriptions are always done. The staff always tries to help me if there is a problem with something, but unlike most people I dont expect them to fix it right then and there. I give them time to fix the problem and come back--works for me. Ive seen people stand there and yell and have a fit because their co-pays increased by a couple of dollars and then want the staff to find out why. This pointless thing takes up to 10 minutes and nothing changes and these same people complain about how long it takes to get a prescription filled. I laugh at them because they dont see a connection. This pharmacy is good, in fact, it seems to be a lot better than a year ago, the citizens of the town are a little uppity so be prepared to hear some ridiculous things.

Pharmacy closes at 5 pm. Published hours on website says 9pm. Be carful. Hit or miss customer service at Pharmacy. I find the Pharmacist are very helpful. But the tech, who is loud, so loud that I can hear other peoples private information. Also have to advocate for self. Thats where the pharmacist comes in. Ill keep this as an emergency pharmacy, but other than that go elsewhere.

Please fix the website!!! Its says the pharmacy closes at 9, but when you drive up to the window or go I , you find out its 5.
