I originally ran across the site and was really amazed at the prices and the clothing. I wanted to purchase a few items and actually added them to my shopping cart and the next day i came back it said the items were sold out. I then proceeded to email them and ask if they would restock the items and they explained that since they were a boutique that the items sell quickly and sometimes the exact item wont be restocked. Ive been to the website for a week staright looking for other items and literally everything says "sold out." Before proceeding to write them a email i waited a few days to see if the items would be updated. I then proceeded to email them & i told them "Can you guys please update your website ... Under new arrivals everything is sold out , under jumpsuits, everything is sold out. If everything is sold old, can you remove it from your site so that customers hopes arent up. Please ... Update your website. Ive come to it 5 times in the past couple of days & nothing has changed. Youre missing out on a great customer because it was so much that i was going to purchase & now i dont even want to type shoptheboutique in my address bar." I then received a email back saying "You absolutely do not have to shop with us if you do not like our site. We are in complete shock that we would even receive an email like this. Our items are exclusive and limited. If you dont like that then you are more than welcome to unfollow us. No one is forcing you to put shoptheboutique on your address bar. We are here to help customers, however, we will not allow offensive emails." Who ever is responding to the emails was rude. I did not curse at them nor say anything offensive, if you have an online store or website your site SHOULD be updated because its false advisement and i feel like they should have never responded saying "You dont have to shop with us" instead they should have responded saying something like we understand and heres the situation blah blah .. They continued to respond saying that they clean the site up weekly which isnt true because Ive went back over the course of a week and nothing was changed.

Super mala la calidad de la ropa ,ni cómo usarla de trapeador, si bien es cierto que mande un mes después porque salí de viaje y explique antes eso porque el producto llego el día que salía de viaje lo Mande cuando volví y me lo Mandaron de vuelta . Nisiquiera tuvieron la amabilidad de darme un crédito en la tienda es obvio que solo quieren vender no satisfacer al cliente , la ropa toda mal Cocida deshilada difernte color , transparente deforme , un desastre , y no te devuelven ni el dinero ni te dan crédito en la tienda , la ropa que ves no es la que es . Ya mucha gente se queja de la mala calidad y de la pésima atención al cliente . GASTE $67 por un trapo que ni para limpión de cocina lo usaré , dissapointed.los comentarios buenos son falsos los malos los borran . Dejan algunos para hacer creíbles. En instagram te bloqueas , me amenazaron de llamar a la policia . Cuando soy yo la que voy a ir personalmente con mi tia que trabaja en derechos humanos y los voy a denunciar por estafa, amenazas y venderte gato por liebre .

Do not waste your time going to this "boutique." I certainly did. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews and decided to not go also based on how unprofessionally the owner responds to reviews not in her favor. The positive reviews are all fake.. read carefully and you will see that the same employee every review talks about "Dirian" has also written a review pretending to be a customer (of course she will delete it and it under a different name after she reads this). The clothes are of horrible quality (similar to an urban planet but worse), they dont have many styles and what they do have doesnt look attractive (dont be fooled by their pics online), and the service was awful! Really rude girls that seemed angry and had an attitude from the get go as well as when myself and other customers didnt buy anything. They offered no help, no please, or thank yous either. All I can say is these girls deserve to work here and will not get far in life with that attitude. So take my advice, DO NOT GO HERE... you may as well go to Urban Planet or a similar store and still get better prices, wider selection, better quality, and better service!!!!!!

The store has really cute clothing and pretty good prices but thats about the only good thing I can say about the store. The girls that work there arent very attentive and they look miserable. No one greets you when you walk in or asks if they can help you with anything. Most of the time they are just talking to each other by the counter. Their other problem is they sell out of items quickly due to not buying enough sizes. The return policy needs serious work. Its common for most boutique to not give money back but The Boutique goes as far as not accepting online credits in store, which makes no sense since it is the same store. They use the excuse that the online stores inventory comes from a warehouse... still doesnt make sense many stores have their online inventory in a warehouse but still accept in store credit either way the money is still going to the store. Dresses are also final sale. As for their customer service its simply pathetic. The emails dont get responded to and whoever replies to the emails needs some serious people skills. Just plain rude to the customers. Hope you Miami shoppers find this review helpful.

I recently placed an order online for my graduation dress. As soon as I saw the picture of the dress I fell in love with it. The delivery was very fast, I received it the following day. The dress is beautiful and great quality. Ladies! If you are very petite as me (52, 100lbs) and your measurements match their S measurements BEWARE! The description on the dress said RUNS SMALL which it does not! It looks and fits like a Medium. I contacted customer service, they told me i should have followed the size chart and their policy is exchanges only, they do not make exceptions. I made it clear I did follow the size chart and their info was not accurate. I am unable to visit the store since Im from out of town and asked to recommend any items that might really run small to exchange my dress and was ignored, never got a reply back. I had to have my dress altered and pay $50 more for it. I wont be buying from this store again since I cannot trust their item description and the customer service sucks. Im only giving it 2 stars because the shipping was very fast and the dress really is fabulous.

A hit or miss. Ive ordered now a couple of times and have yet to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. The store itself is very far from my place so normally picking up the order is out of the question. I will say that I normally receive my order the next day so shipping is very quick if youre in the Broward area. As for the clothes itself, the quality is "okay" but if you do need to return you may regret your decision. They give you a online credit for their "online store". I say online store because they have two different inventory so if you happened to go to the store you cant use the online credit to an in store purchase. The model makes everything look good but unless youre perfect and by perfect I mean big boobs, tiny waist, and huge booty most likely the clothes will fit differently than how its advertised.
