Really, I expected more, silly me. See below for full story, basically I thought I had left my wallet at Target and tried to call them versus investing 45 minutes driving there and back. Their automated phone system is terrible...no matter what selection you make it transfers you then hangs up on you. I tried every possible prompt. I then was able to get through by selecting pharmacy and renew prescription, but I was informed by the CVS employee that they rent that space and they couldnt transfer me or help me. I explained my situation, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back, she reminded me that she worked for CVS, and I asked her nicely to give my contact information to the store manager, she wrote it down, I waited 1 hour and noone ever called. At this point I am so overwhelmed and frustrated and running out of time, this was not ok they dont have a working phone system. I called corporate. WOW...no better. So I spoke with a gentlemen at corporate and explained the entire situation. He put me on hold and said he was going to get ahold of someone at the store....on hold 15 minutes then was hung up on. HMMM...well he spent a good amount of time getting my cell, my email at the beginning of the call certainly he will call me back. 1 hour later nothing. So call corporate again. This time I get a new guy. I explain the entire situation to him and he proceeds to tell me I should probably just run over there and if I had hit 0 I would have just gotten the operater. Ok I am about to blow my top at this point as he obviously has not listened to a word I said. I recommended that he put me on speaker phone...pick up another line and try that himself...instead he put me on hold and guess what he did....yep he transferred me to the broken phone system..which promptly hung up on me. Target your customer service is absolutely terrible, I one believed in you and your rebranding...that you were a higher quality than walmart with higher standards, I bought stock thinking it would one day soar. Boy am I glad I sold that stock. if you are going to turn off the phones, go ahead and shut off the lights and lock the doors. ....its coming sooner than later with aweful service like this. To keep the story short, I was rushing around planning a surprise birthday party for my wife. Target was on my list of places to stop. Completed my transaction there and headed home to do the bazillion remaining tasks I had to do. Realized I didnt have my wallet, last place I used it was target. I needed it as I still had many things to buy that day.

Absolutely disgusted, if I could give one star I would. Recently my mother who was an employee at the store in Slidell, LA (who had a heart issue along with low insulin and depleted vitamin b levels), had an episode while at work. Instead of calling an ambulance they contacted me to come pick her up. Upon arriving the store manager Steve was too busy on his personal cell phone to assist myself and my brother. When we walked into the break room there were two women, (One named Erin) standing over my mother and treating her poorly. When my brother and I were finally able to get my mother out of the store we contacted her physician who ran a bunch of tests. And that is when we found all of the current health issues. She had just beaten Non-Hodgkins lymphoma and had open heart surgery! They not only did not accept her doctors excuse but they treated us terribly!!!! Not once did the store manager Steve assist us or show any concern or compassion. She could have died and they did nothing!!!!! I hope to hear from someone soon. I will NEVER shop at or support this Target again as long as Steve and those women are employed there! I would like to receive an apology not only to myself but also to my mother. And maybe some proper training to call an ambulance since they are clearly lacking common sense! I am also thinking of contacting an attorney over the situation. No matter what they may have thought about the situation, they had NO right to treat her poorly or not call for medical help. Had anything happened to my mother this would be a very different conversation and definitely lawsuit! I am beyond angry! Those people should NOT have jobs in customer care when they cant even help a coworker!

I am a 53 year old and I despise the policy that at TARGET your drivers license has to be scanned before you can by a bottle of wine. I do not mine the policy of looking at my license to verify my age , however I feel Targets policy goes beyond standard practice and is a unnecessary invasion of the publics privacy rights. There are many other business that I can purchase items without my personal information being recorded. I personally will no longer spend my monies at Target. John Giangrosso

Very rude pharmacy techs. Would not give me needles for my prescription. Despite having my prescription in hand. Went down the road to CVS and the pharmacy techs were super helpful. They even showed us a medical waste trash can that I can use to dispose of needles when I am done. I dont know what kind of addicts use super long needles either.

This store always seems to have the longest lines when checking out. They normally only have two registers open but will open more if the lines build too long. They have a few vegan options in their frozen section. The only place we buy diapers and wipes from. They have the best section of organic baby items.

Half the time the price that is under an item is the wrong price also if its on sale sometimes it still Rings Up full price you really have to pay attention to the prices under the items that youre buying before you check out

Im trying to call them at the moment and Ive called about 7-8 times and they still wont answer this is ridiculous. You wonder why they dont have all 5 stars. Maybe if they picked up a phone they would.

very nice young lady in the cafe.i had an ice and popcorn.they both were so nice.the cart guy was very kind and couteous.the associates are so wonderful.thank them all for their excellent service.

This location usually has what I need and the staff is very helpful. While stocking, they always make sure to ask if they can help and keep freight out of the way so we can still shop.

This Target is clean and never feels busy, no matter if it is busy or not. The prices are a little high, but i am also willing to pay the price for some items. will be coming back.

I love that I never have to wait in a long line at Target. As soon as they see 3 people waiting in the check out line, they call another cashier to open another lane.
