Went in to purchase a shirt I knew was on sale. Brought it to the cashier who then described it as the wrong price. When I said that isnt what the sign said, she looked at me like it was my fault. When I said that Ill just take a picture of the sign, she said good because she didnt want to walk. Once I showed her a picture, she thought I was then going to purchase. I didnt an will not buy from JCPenny again. Poor service with a poor attitude and a higher price isnt a business model that works longterm.

Dont waste your time on the salon part. Twice I went in there for a guys haircut, and twice I got turned away. The first time I went in there, the lady asked if I could come back later. The second time, a lady was playing on her phone & I went unnoticed for at least 5 minutes, then she sighed when I told her I wanted a haircut, and said earliest appointment was 2:30, and it looked as though she was the only one there. The store is great, but dont visit the salon, especially if youre a guy.

The employees were very friendly. This store is closing, so if its not clearance, its now 50% off. Everything is final sale, and its a great place right now to get workout, weekend, and business casual/work clothes. Definitely recommend going there before alk the good stuff is sold.
