I had about the same experience with this store that I had with the Sterling store. I called them and asked if they have a certain item in stock. They said that they didnt have it. About 30 minutes later, I called them again with an item number (that I got from a different Walmart) for the same item that I called them about previously. I asked them if they have this certain item number in stock; the answer was: "yes, we have several of them in stock". I was not very impressed!

Parked the semi in their lot was going to run in quick and be on my way. Got flagged down by an employee, she told me I was not allowed to park in their lot because it was for paying customers. I explained I was only going to be there long enough to buy the things I needed and I would leave. She kept repeating "this lot is for paying customers you must leave."

They sales are great here. I love this non food store. A little less crowded, relaxed. If your crafty..love this selection area. Electronics have sales that make it worth checking it out. They have a different but nice selection of knock about clothes DIFFERENT then other walmarts. Sizes/types.

Tiny store, so you might not find what you need, but at least employees are friendly. The tiny parking lot is a hazard with teenage boys in huge trucks and old ladies in minivans tearing around at 40+ mph. Walk the 20 feet to the entrance at your peril!

I have had nothing but good shopping experience at Walmart. Employees are so helpful. Sara is a great greeter! Im new in Rock Falls, the employees made me feel like they knew me. Good to see so many seniors working and shopping at Walmart!

Smaller than Supercenter Wal-Marts but easier to get in and out of. Customer service is really nice and easy to work with. It doesnt have everything that a Supercenter would have but the do have most things you would need.

Went in for 1 item. It is an original-non super store! Brought me back to the days when it didnt take at least a half an hour and a mile walk to get one item!
