Update: Last night on 8/26/16 another customer got rude with my wife and my 17 year old son. My wife was doing her ad matches and the guy called her nuts and crazy for trying to save money and holding up the line. Late at night and they have one line open. Not her fault. He got in my sons face numerous times and one time asked him if he would like to step outside and settle this like men. My son said Im 17 want to go to jail? Finally a Walmart "employee" stepped in and got the guy to step away from the line. I was not there so I missed out on meeting this wonderful human being. Walmart should have stepped in much sooner than they did making this an unsafe place to shop now. Old review: Good place to shop as long as you dont have coupons and ad matches. Some of the cashiers here are too lazy to deal with it. You must choose your cashier wisely. I think they should make some of them wear a pin that says "I hate my job".

Very poor service not friendly at all sorry I opened this store in 1989 ss a DEPT MANAGER we Closed K- Mart I regret that now!!! This store doesnt care about their customers they make tham wait hours in line. 2-3 hrs only 1 (ONE) CASHIIER no matter how many customers the CSM doesnt care flat out told me. She would not open her register not even with 10 (TEN) elderly people in line abd myself except that I refuse to wait in line read their magazines for 2 hours !!! All I was buying was a $45 phone card and the CSM didn"t even care Sam Walton would be very unhappy about thus guaranteed he believed in the customers was number one!!! We would have lots if cashiers waiting on the customers not so now Wal-Mart only cares about making money for his family who run the company now!!!They are greedy and dont care about there customers or emplyees.

Great location but customer service, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Unfortunately they lack those skills. Only self checkout open at night and they treat you like your stealing at checkout. They literally stand there over your shoulder, breathing down your neck. You have a camera two feet away from your face as well as a 7" display screen. So why hover over our shoulder? So rude... And I dare you to find products for ethnic people that they actually USE. NO LIE: I walked in a few nights ago just to pick up a few items. There was maybe two customers cars outside other than mine. As soon as I stepped in the door a lady comes on the overhead announcer and says: "SECURITY: SCAN ALL AREAS AND START RECORDING!!" Wow...(smh) nice job Walmart. Thats a great way to make your customers feel welcomed!

Its like most other Wal-Marts, just not as crowded and easier to get in-and-out of. I did get bad advice there once from someone in sporting goods that nearly got me in trouble with Wildlife & Fisheries police, but luckily the guy was still on-duty when the incident occurred and he was able to verify that I had inquired about buying a crabbing license and was told I didnt need one if I had three or fewer traps (this is not the case, FYI). Since I made an earnest attempt to adhere to the law, and since they were able to verify that, they let me off with a warning.

We recently moved to Long Beach, MS and I visited the Pass Christian Wal-Mart. I almost passed out. This store is beautiful. It is clean, stocked and the employees are amazing. They are all smiling and seem to love their jobs. We have been to the store several times over the last 2 months and its always the same. I never had this experience at the Wal-Mart stores around the Baton Rouge, LA area. Job well done!

Love the store but old man in bicycle dept cost this store a 500 purchase on 2 bikes and accessories. Rude interuptive behavior and thought he knew everything about bikes. We just wanted to complete our 4 bike purchase. The waveland store sold us 2 bikes an hour ago.

5 Star Walmart! Because this place is not only located near the beach but it has that new feeling to it. Always have the fresh foods that are not covered in insects. Very polite, and the lines are never long. You never have to wait long to be checked out.

Probably the nicest, cleanest Walmart location on the Coast. You dont go here to take photos for "People of Walmart" but rather to meet your friends while shopping. Other than that, its just another Walmart, run the Walmart way. They have free WiFi.

1 particular customer service desk employee, Teresa, is ridiculously rude, doesnt matter if you have all packaging and receipt, additionally female management is equally rude, and insulting and assumptiou when it comes to handicapped individuals.

Pass Christian Walmart Pharmacy employees are rude, They are also liars. Even though I only live a 1/2 mile away from the Pass Christian location I go to the Waveland Walmart Pharmacy so I dont have to deal with rude employees.

Always rude employees, aisles are always cluttered with stock, and bought a $10 roll of ground neef yesterday 5# and OMG it was RANK when opened it to cook, thankfully they refunded without the spoiled beef.

Been coming to this Walmart ever since it opened. Its our go to place every time we stay in the area. We stay in Long Beach Pass Christian and Bay St Louis but only use this Walmart.

Very nice Walmart. I moved to Bay St. Louis a year ago and actually prefer this one as oppose to the one in Waveland. A lot cleaner and more organized. Friendlier customer service.

This is the cleanest Super Wal-Mart on the Coast. Fully stocked at all times. Customer service is seriously doing a great job as all the employees. Great store!

This location is far better than the one in Gulfport. Its never really hectic inside or outside and they have good customer service from my experience.
