The auto center deserves a no star rating. I took my car in for an oil change and waited for over an hour (while 7 months pregnant I might add) to be told they have to order a part and it would be here in a week. I call a week later and no part. Not an issue, this happens. Another week goes by and I call, the person does not check to see if the part came in and was very short on the phone. I explained that it has been two weeks etcer and he put me hold. When he picked the line up again he was short and rude. I wasnt told when they could expect it or if a different location could help me. I was told in a voice dripping with attitude "No miss, we dont have that part." I tried to ask this expressing that Ive been waiting and trying to get some type of answer as to when or what we could do going forward. He repeats what he says with more attitude so I ask to speak to his manager because he was "acting like a d***". He then hung up on me. I have to say this was unbelievable customer service! I call back to make a cimplaint with the store manager who then tries to make my complaint about the part and not about the lack of customer service i received. This was my first dealing with this autocenter! The manager i spoke to made a couple of calls and got back to me saying they wont get the part for a while, but the eastside location has it so I could go there. How hard was that to do it rhe first time?! Instead, I was hung up on!

The employees are NOT friendly. You may get one every once in a while, but everyone is angry and eye rolling when they have to do their job. (I worked at a grocery store until recently, and even though I hated dealing with customers and the long hours I still acted professionally and respectful.) They are really rude and suspicious of everyone, first even though the money center was closed she directed me over there only for a customer to say it, (she didnt apologize and took the next customer even though I waited pretty long.) then wouldnt even give me my change when getting a money order and told me to grab my own receipt which was her job. Aside from their attitudes and lack of professional courtesy, the majority dont seem to know their departments. When asked where something is they either shut you down, point you to the wrong section, walk around aimlessly, or (and this is a better idea) ask someone else. Walmart (or at least the super center mainly) isnt vegetarian or vegan friendly. Majority of the frozen food is meat with a rare chance of finding something like a veggie pizza instead of the few cheese pizzas. The Walmart franchises and employees make me really not like Walmart.

What kind of pharmacy doesnt allow their customers to pay for medications any way they can? I tried to pay for medications for my fiancé, who has been out of a job for the better part of 1.5 years due to a chronic illness, with dimes. Yes, $8 worth of dimes, all dimes, and it was counted out before hand. I was turned down because, and I quote, "Were not allowed to accept change." So, in other words, you wont sell me medication that my fiancé really needs because Im too poor and HAVE to pay with change?! Then, to add more insult to insult, she says, and I quote again, "Were not the money center." I told her we would never be coming back and she said "Thats fine." Didnt even bother to say sorry or anything except demand that I go to the money center to get "cash" - isnt change just as good as bills?!?! AVOID THIS PHARMACY. They NEVER have a full prescription to give us and then they want to act like jackasses because I cant pay with bills or plastic. This pharmacy is a joke. Their motto is "If youre broke, youre gonna die."

They have the stuff I need most of the time, but the lady, Sarah, who runs the store is an absolutely horrible person. Along with Jeremy. If they wanted to improve the store, they need to start with replacing them and a handful of other managers as well. They never have enough people on the floor and they never have enough people on registers. You can thank Sarah for that as well. They refuse to hire more workers for those places. They have violations all over the store constantly, and thats due to the managers again. They heavily mistreat the employees that they do have. The managers retaliate against their employees that do have medical conditions. Avoid shopping here if possible. Also, the people in the departments never answer their calls, probably because they dont have enough employees once again. This store has potential, they just need better managers. I will say though, the manager named Matt is a good person. He is one of the few managers there willing to take care of not only the customers but his employees as well.

I try to avoid coming here whenever possible. I regret it whenever I do have to go here. The store is poorly stocked--items listed as "in stock" on the website are not on the shelves when I get there. Store employees have no idea where things are or who to ask if they have questions. The store is also dirty and Ive seen more than one employee acting unprofessionally on the sales floor (ranting, swearing, etc). Not cool. Lines are usually long at the registers and staff again have no idea what they are doing. A big problem seems to be the training and support staff are given. The store is just really poorly run. Lastly, I hate the parking garage. It seems to be a popular place for drug deals and people to get high. Car break-ins are also frequent. If you must go, use the above ground parking. I live in Monona and it really bothers me that we have a store like this in town.

Its not overall a bad Wal-Mart, but it is always understaffed. Today was the worst. 1 lane open at one end, and only self checkouts on the other end. Line of 12+ people at each end. An employee comes over and tells us there us no wait in electronics and that we can check out over there. NO ONE WAS THERE. Took us 5mins to find an employee who for some reason couldnt help us and said he would find someone. Then another person came by and used the phone to page someone before walking away. Finally someone walking by saw we needed help and came over. She started ringing up the previous person and then called for help. Why idfk. 2 people came to"help". They chatted with each other while we stood there waiting...then WALKED AWAY. It Took us 30mins to check out. If this wasnt a common thing, no matter what day and time, it would get 4 stars.

Everyone knows that if you want good customer service you need to go to Target. Most, not all, of the cashiers cannot even do a price match. The front end managers are horrible/rude and dont even understand Walmarts coupon policy. When I handed them a copy of the policy they still refused to abide by it. The produce is borderline garbage and always out of stock. Do not purchase it unless you plan to use it that day. There are also never enough registers open. Plan to spend a minimum of 20 minutes in line to check out. If you are a woman, dont go here in the middle of the night for any emergency items. This place is a Mecca for homeless people and it feels very unsafe. The Walmart off Stoughton Rd is just as bad, if not worse. The parking lot is poorly lit and again a hangout for homeless people.
