some of the most unprofessional, tunnel vision people i have ever tried to communicate with in their repair department at the edgewater mall store and dont try to get anything done over the phone, it is an exercise in futility;after being shuffled around to approx. 6 people, i got someone who actually LISTENED to what i was saying in their customer solutions department;do not carry anything into their repair department especially if they think its under warranty! thank goodness for Betty in customer solutions!!!!!!!!

Always has the best clearance I spent over an hour looking at just all the clearance racks. I was able to find lots of good deals I really like that I was not bothered constantly by a sales associate only one lady came up and then she just stayed in that area if I needed her very fast check out. The sales area was very nice the bathrooms were clean

I went to the vehicle service shop at this sears location a few months ago; the service they provided was very professional and expedient, I highly recommend this place for auto service within their scope of practice.

Store is great but their phone tree sucks. I spent 5 minutes on there pushing buttons, and never did get to resolve a problem I have with a refrigerator I bought from them ($1K +). Not happy.
