I really REALLY dont like being told I know, I know. When Im trying to make sure my order is correct. Taking an order is STILL customer service, even if youre not face-to-face with your customer. Let me speak, then reassure me that you have the order correct, even though you cant find the appropriate button to enter it correctly. (It exists, more patient and polite employees find it regularly.) The woman that took my order today should be glad I didnt get her name. I WOULD have reported her. The sad thing is, I think she may be a manager. This is the second time shes been rude to me, and I assume Im not the only customer with this complaint.

New menu boards that they tell you is inaccurate for the price of specials, and dont pay by card! They see that it doesnt work and you must pay cash. Its later that you realize that they charged you double. It is pretty though and the food is still the same, just a lot more trouble and money.

Love them I always customise my order and I know people are human and make mistakes and for the most part my order is always right but even if its not they always make it right with a smile and are fast and very nice and I love RVK Sonic!!

I still love their burgers and onion rings, but I was extremely disappointed with the ice cream. It was extremely gritty and even tasted old. I will not be ordering ice cream here again.

WOW, I bought a Chili Cheese burger there the other day and I could not even see the chili let alone taste it. They used to have great burgers but now it is a "Why bother?"

Food is good. Sometimes the orders are brought back incorrect and it takes a while at times to receive the food. The bathroom there needs attention most of the time.
