One of my best experiences ever for purchasing a new kitchen appliance! Paul Newman, the sales associate, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, & informative. I didnt feel as if I was "being sold something", but rather that I was given all of the relevant facts upon which to make an informed & intelligent purchase. I even purchased the Protection Care Package, which I never do usually; but it made sense for our new dishwasher purchase. I am picky & skeptical by nature, but I highly recommend Sears Applicance for your next purchase.

Very good experience here with washer purchase. John Schmitt was very knowledgeable and helpful, guided me through options for best pricing. Good selection and competitive pricing, plus Kenmore was best choice overall.
