It boggles me they would add a fabric dept, and yet I have never seen a soul in it. I have never been able to buy the first yard. Once there was a man cutting his own fabric, and made his own ticket. It is beyond me how to work that tag maker. Every time I am in there, which is approximately 1-2 times a week, I walk buy waiting to see if there is an employee taking care of it. And If so, Ive decided to go look. BUt I have tried twice to buy, and left waiting to no employee to arrive. The employee always went to call someone else. That is what is wrong with Walmart today. NEVER AN EMPLOYEE AROUND to help. Until you get to the register. And then they like to ask, " Did you find everything ok ? " And Id love to say, " NO. " Never did find an employee to cut my fabric. But I will not hold a line up at the register to tell them, I couldnt find what I needed. IT ANNOYS ME THEY EVEN ASK AT THE REGISTER. Put more employees in the departments. PLEASE !

Express Lube is slow!!!! Dont let the Express Lube sign fool you. The manager told me that the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation would "not be long" because there were only two cars ahead of me. I asked him to call me when he was done. According to the paperwork it took them almost two hours. There was no call either. The only way I knew my car was ready was because I saw it sitting outside in the parking area. Who knows how long I sat there after it was finished. Walmart employees apparently smoke right outside the service center so I had to breath that in everytime the doors opened. Thats my last trip there for service. Getting four tires placed on my wifes car a few months ago was a similar story. I made the mistake of thinking the oil change really wouldnt take that long.

I have stopped shopping at this Walmart store. This used to be my favorite and the only store where I bought everything. Now I never go there. I along with my wife are handicapped and require a battery powered cart to traverse this large store. Recently the number of working and/or available carts have dwindled to 3 or 4 working vehicles and are never available. I am now a Kroger customer. We never go to any store where there is not a cart available to us. There are usually 10 or more waiting for us all in working order. It would seem that one of the largest companies in the world would offer assistance to that part of their customer base that needs help shopping in their stores.

They always have only a couple of registers open regardless of how busy it is. This leads to long waits. Hope you dont order anything for pick up from the store online because youll be standing in the back of the store for as much as 30 minutes before they finally send someone back who knows how to check you out on the older register they have set up for those orders. On top of that I know how Walmart still treats their employees based on the nearly 3 years I was at one and from others I know who work there currently. It is a horrid place. It always feels nasty even when it is one of the bigger, newer Supercenters.

Good prices better quality products and produce compared to other walmarts self checkout machine is a joke cheaply made in China I guess gave me hard time and when I was almost done froze needed to be rebooted I was told it takes half hour , moved to another machine also gave me hard time took me almost 30 minutes to check out and when I asked for some discount for wasting my time employee looked at me like go to hell, same with other walmarts good luck finding help on the floor , stand in line for long time to check out its the greed of walmart cutting number of employees and have customers stand in line longer

Horrible service!! Went to the photolab center to use the machine to print pictures and they wasnt turned on. It was 6pm and according to the door hours they should be open until 9pm wrong!! Ask a guy about it that was working in electronics and he had a nasty attitude. He informed us that he couldnt just call his employee from home to come in and turn on the machine and that he didnt have time to stand there while we use it!! REALLY though Ill take my business to target or kmart oh n by the way this is his wife complaining

i moved to Louisville 6 months ago and ever since I started going to this walmart, it has been nothing but awesome, people are rude or ignorant, dont let some of the bad apples there make you make your mind up about the whole place, people are nice, and back in electronics they will do everything possible to make sure you get your items and that the item is in good condition, plus every time I walk in they are always smiling and asking me if I need any help or if I am having a good day.

The store was nice until we got in line. Thr was only 2 registers open with lines backed up all the way across the walk way and into the clothes. Instead of paging for help thy made everyone wait. Needless to say we waited in line for over 25 mins. Thts not easy with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Thy need to have to do it yourself registers open later. It would get alot more ppl done and only takes 1 person. Just dnt make since if you ask me.

Nothing makes me consider suicide more than shopping here. The lines are miles long, the staff doesnt like where anything is, and the worst part...walmart deliberately underpays employees that receive welfare, you keep them in welfare because the government them a tax inventive for employing people on welfare. Sam Walton would dis-own his kids and grandkids for their predatory employment practices

This Wal-Mart is generally clean and well-kept. It has pleasing architecture and a cool fountain-ish decorative feature out front. It is a large (Id say 3 feet diameter) black granite sphere that floats in a socket on a pedestal. You can freely spin the sphere by hand! It has a smiley face etched on it for more interest. Kids of all ages enjoy giving it a spin.

The evening Managers are great! The old guy in the Electronics Department is probably the worst employee that I have ever met. He was telling at the Managers and Complaining that I wanted him to check on a TV in the back. He was complaining about how online shopping shouldnt be around. VERY VERY RUDE! I would have gave it 1 star if it wasnt for the managers.

Clean but you still can get lost like any Walmart. Items are often hard to find because they are haphazard on the shelf...And asking for help can be painful. That being said, its a pretty decent Walmart. Site-to-store shipping is way in the back. Dont think you can jump in and out by trying that short cut...They suck you in. But they do have everything.
