Each time I go into this store, I am never greeted & never even noticed unless I track someone down for help. Theres never been anyone walking the floor to see if customers need help, even at slow times. The staff also never appear happy and they never act like they want to help you. Its almost like youre a burden. The other thing is that the store isnt labeled well so it takes forever to find things. Which is hard to believe in such a small store. So then you have to track someone down and that leads back to my first point. Literally the only reason I step foot into this store is if I cant find it at Wal-Mart, Target, or Best Buy or on the rare occasion that I need copy services.

Way better than the average office store! I have always had great experiences at Staples in Muncie. The Staff are happy and eager to help. The special attention they lavish on customers who need help when I need something I cannot find is amazing. There is always someone to help who is knowledgeable, and the staff is excellent when it comes to requests for copy services, UPS shipping, and answering general questions about office products, computer peripherals, and computer software and services. This is the best place in Muncie for these kinds of services. The staff is well trained, and the store has an unusually competent and experienced manager who is innovative and available.

There is a female manager here that is hostile that I have had several negative interactions. She does not care if you are unsatisfied with anything. There are some good employees.here. I own a small retail business and if I treated my customers the way the manager and some of the employees do, I wouldnt be in business. The chains come in and put the local places out of business and then the customer service goes to hell.

At a 1.69 a page, faxing is crazy expensive, especially if they are providing people with a relic to work with that you have to hassle with because it wont feed the papers correctly. Staff will not assist you either. I left an hour later, 46.00 dollars poorer and no assurance that the papers will even be readable on the other end.

Its nice to have a Staples store in Muncie, conveniently located off McGalliard Road and Wheeling Avenue in the Northwest Plaza Shopping Center. Staples carries a variety of office supplies - as well as computers, printers and other electronic devices - for business and personal use.

The selection is okay but the prices are significantly greater than other stores nearby. At least with regards to the items I was shopping for (pens and notebooks).
