Only carries small sizes and clothes that are usually damaged or stained. Slow to get in new stock. Waste of time. Staff is unfriendly and cant look for items available at other nordstrom racks like they used too. Got rid of their jewelry section, staff seems annoyed to be there. Need to get in more stock.

Great prices, well organized and clean with a helpful staff. Wish the plus size section were bigger, but I say that about everywhere. I find more high end and high quality plus size clothes here than most major department stores.

They need to stock more XS and S sizes. Both times Ive gone Ive found that while there is an abundance of larger sizes, there arent enough small tops and dresses. Other than that, the jean and shoe selection is pretty decent.

Winter clearance was a joke. Take extra 25% off. The two items I looked at had multiple markdown stickers. Peeling back the layers, price was lower before the take extra 25% off. I despise stores that do this.
