As an ex-employee of 3 years I can honestly say this is probably one of the worst places to be either an employee or customer. The management is a joke, they have zero respect for their employees and customers. They are self serving and lazy and consistently expect their highly underpaid subordinates to pick up their slack. Because of their lack of leadership and guidance the place is nothing more than a revolving door where newer employees are little trained and even less respected. From a customer perspective, only a handful of associates actually cared about providing good service where most (including the management) often gave little to no effort in assisting customers and frequently left them dissatisfied. I witnessed on countless occasions employees treating customers layaways with no respect, cramming too much into single boxes, not packaging them correctly, not to mention the unbelievably high amount of layaways that went missing dissapointing countless customers. The management treated customer complaints as a joke, often referring to disappointed customers as a waste of time. All this is neglecting the stores shameful presentation, both in upkeep as well as product offering. All together I can honestly say I could never recommend kmart as a good employer nor place to shop and if I could give it a 0 I would have.

This KMart was very helpful. I bought a blow dryer that didnt work out for me. I had trouble with the control buttons on that model because of the way my hands work/dont work. Not their fault. It was no problem at all getting my money back and I didnt have to buy my replacement there!

They still have what you need, but the building is in bad shape. They have almost as many buckets to catch water from roof leaks as they have murchandice for sale in each department.
