I will never spend another dollar in gordmans, not even 2 mins into being in the store one of the clerks which was more than likely a manager told another assistant to follow and watch me and my fiance out loud she didnt even care if we heard her... Once we moved to another section in the store another store associate got on her ear piece (Walkie talkie) i could clearly see her looking around to find me once she did she followed me until we were uncomfortable enough to leave the store! I was appalled by their actions im not a thief neither is my fiance so i really didnt appreciate how they made us feel... I felt as if it was a racial issue because as i looked around Caucasian people were shopping without an issue!!! I wont spend another dime of my hard earned money in gordmans!

Since the opening of this location Ive enjoyed what it has to offer. As for their selection, its absolutely fantastic. Your first visit youll spend at least an hour going through their: huge home decor dept, shoe aisles, and clothing racks; impressive is an understatement. Pricing is comparable to "Marshalls" and "Ross," with the size of a "Kohls." The downsides would are: its unorganized, poorly staffed, and unwelcoming. My last three visits have resulted in a walkout after waiting in line for 20 minutes to checkout. No one is available to answer questions in any department and cashiers/customer service are annoyed by customers. If youre looking for great selection, its certainly worth a visit. However, if you have plans afterwards dont bother with it.

Attractive off-price department store. This is the first of this chains location in the greater Louisville area. Compared to like-stores in the greater Louisville area, I think this one looks great cosmetically. It is very well organized. It is not the largest off-price store in the area so it may not have as much selection, however, there is lots of merchandise packed in. Great place to browse. Great place to find gifts. I recommend stopping by especially if you are in the area or if you like to visit off-price department stores... this is a nice one.

Customer service didnt seem very good. Went to return something and even though on the back of the receipt it stated that they accept returns as long as you have the receipt and its within 60 days but upon returning they tried to tell me I couldnt return the item without being a Gordmans rewards member which was not the fact.

The floor associates were very friendly, however, the sales staff at the registers were very rude and even made me feel uncomfortable. I actually bought less than I had in my cart simply because of their demeanor. Not sure why they seemed so angry but I know I can spend my money elsewhere.

They have almost anything here. And marked down 20 or 30 dollars the original price, WITH the old price tag still on it. Good place for sports apparel, jeans, shirts, socks and underwear, and shoes. If youre hunting for clothes make sure to stop here.

Great clothes, shoes, home decor. And the purses and handbags are to die for. Absolutely gorgeous, stylish and affordable. I love shopping here. Great stuff for great prices. Diffently my favorite place to shop.

Expensive, nowhere to sit, line situation is retarded. You have to wait in the same line for customer service and to buy stuff regularly. Never coming back.
