A decent discount or close out department store. There is quite a bit of discounted name brand clothing here (discontinued items, last seasons items, or irregular items). Clothing doesnt bring me in as I usually dont find anything to my liking. I like the mixed bag assortment (and large assortment, I must say) of housewares, bedding, home decor, and kitchen items. Some prices are good, while some prices dont really seem "discounted" as they advertise. This store is about as plain looking as it can be. Its a discount store, so I dont expect much, but this chain has other locations in the greater Louisville area that look much better. Its not run down by any means. Its a fairly new location (a remodeled portion of an old Target building), but it just looks like little thought when into the design. I never go out of my way for this store, but when I am in the mood to go on a browsing spree in the this retail saturated part of down, I usually include this store.

Never again will I shop here. Bought a pair of leggings , got them home tried them on and they left black stains on my legs and hands. They were also extremely see through, just bad quality. I also bought shampoo and conditioner which made my hair look greasy. I tried to return them and was told they dont accept beauty or cosmetic returns and since I tried on the leggings they arent returnable. I had a receipt and I had tags for thre leggings. The girl helping me was useless and not personable at all. Im shocked becaus pretty much anywhere you go companies will take items back especially with a receipt. Learned my lesson and will never shop here again

Fashion Addicts Alert** Rarely have I walked into this store & seen nothing I wanted! Starting at the front & working thru each dept. I search the racks/ shelves. Then I narrow down my choices before I get to the check-out.

This is notably the best TJ Maxx I have ever been to. Is very well taken care of and clean. They have a very nice selection is well thats very well organized.

Found nothing i was looking for. Parking was easy. Checkout had a long line
