Seriously the rudest group of employees I have ever encountered. I thought it was just one, but it seems to be most of them every time. Its more like they go out of the way to be rude. An employee came speed walking out of the isle yesterday and almost ran into me, as most people do when they almost bump into another, I apologized (although I was already in the walk path) and she huffed at me and rolls her eyes. Lol. Okay. So, fill a cart of stuff and leave it so they have more work when theyre rude. Lol. I kid, I kid, kind of.

Went in today and found many great things, only ended up with one. However I found a discrepancy in the item and asked if they did price reductions. The cashier/sales attendant was very rude and even went as far as slamming my bag on the counter and laughing with coworkers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Wont go as far as posting her name but the associate number is 204843. Will be calling corporate!

Dirty mustly empty store. The employees express themselves and appears to just walk out of jail and started working at Ross dress for less the same hour they walk out of lack up. Dangerous store location. Be aware of your surroundings inside and out of the store.

Sometimes you have to really search, but I generally walk out buying at least SOMETHING...ranging from face lotion, to kitchen supplies, tonhome decoe, to clothes! I love ross.

Staff is extremely rude, and the manager is the worst, actually took my $106.81 worth of items back because they were so rude and I hate that because I love that store

I love their dresses for church, not only do I go there for my clothes I buy my church members clothes there when gift giving and my granddaughters too!

You just cant go wrong with Ross. This location will often have more plus size items available and theyre neater and better organized.
