This place is good for clothing but not for designer handbags, watches, and shoes. I was very upset this past weekend when I took a few designer items there to sell. I took a Michael Kors gold watch in very good condition, a pair of gently used Tory Burch mini Miller sandals that retail for nearly $200, a Rebecca Minkoff handbag that was new with the tags still on it (retails for $300), and an authentic Gucci handbag with the receipt of purchase. They would not take the Gucci handbag because they said that it was outdated. Designer handbags like Gucci, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton are never outdated...they become vintage. The remaining 3 items they only wanted to offer me $106. The Rebecca Minkoff handbag alone should have been worth that. I will NEVER go here again. How can you want gently used items but dont recognize the REAL designer items when they come? And furthermore, as I look around the store, the majority of the items should not have been sold. I was appalled because I saw a lot of JUNK especially in the shoes.

I always enjoy shopping at the Clothes Mentor locations. They have high standards for accepting clothes, and you can often find brand new items with tags. They have a wide selection of shoes, casual clothing, and accessories. They do not have any formal wear. There were two small issues that detracted from the experience: there were several families with small children that were running around and crawling between the racks and under the dressing room doors. Also, the woman who was ringing up the sale, while pleasant, was unbelievably slow. Overall, however, its a great place to shop, and youre helping to recycle clothes!

So i was introduced to CM during their 40% statewide event a few weeks a go and HOLY COW was I missing out! There selection in incredible!!! The staff is her professional and friendly and it feels more like a retails store than consignment....I will definitely be back!

This was such a great place 6 months ago. My mom and I shopped here every week. Then they got rid of the shopping baskets and now the prices are ridiculous. These are USED clothes with NEW prices. We decided were done. I guess back to the mall we go.
