I was so afraid going to look for a wedding dress because of my budget but I knew it had to be done do I went in there and right off the girls were so nice and made me feel so welcome!! Emily was the one who helped me she was so nice I had several other girls also helped but Emily was my main girl that helped me. She went above and beyond to make sure I found something special I told her my budget and sure enough she found some in my size( i am a bigger girl so its hard to find my size) and budget. It was pouring rain and one of the women went out in the pouring rain to get dresses also for me to look at from the warehouse that way I got what I wanted! They all went above and beyond to make it a easy process and a fun one at that so what I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out wonderful!! Great set of girls in there!!

I had an excellent experience at Regiss looking for my wedding dress. This was the very first place I went to look and the selection was exceptional. I found a dress I really liked. This dress was something totally different then what I had imagined for myself, so I did not buy it that first day, I wanted to take some time to think about it. The next day I went to another bridal store in TN, when I left there I immediately called Regiss and asked if I could come back in and try on the dress I had liked from the day before. They were so gracious and told me to come on up. Kathina was the young lady who worked with us and she was so patient and truly listened to what I liked and didnt like about each gown and worked to find me the perfect one! I said yes to the dress of my dreams, and had a fabulous experience at Regiss!

My daughter bought all three prom gowns, plus a social occasion dress and a lot of accessories from Bridals of Regiss Park. I dont think it makes a big difference that I have know the owner for over 30 years -- the customer service at the store is five star. You will have to drive a long way to find such a selection of bridal wear, from the brides gown to bridesmaids, tuxes for the guys, and even Mother can find her perfect look at Bridals of Regiss Park. Entering the homecoming and prom area of the store is like diving into a jar of jelly beans. Now I know what eye candy really means! You wont be disappointed.

Today I drove to Glasgow from bowling Green to look with my sister for prom dresses. Since I dont want to spend 500 on a dress since majority here are, the two young sales associates were very rude and judgmental. They took me to a rack of what looked like used dresses and stood behind us staring at us and just glaring. Truth is I wouldve spent money here if they were kind and helpful but theyre not. Learn customer service skills it is your job afterall.
