Items had no price on them, one person out on floor to help. He had to carry large lawn chair to scan an it wouldnt scan, so he took all way to the front for price. I couldnt have done that being older. Then I need price on other chairs he helped me there as well. I mentioned to the Lady Manager that the entrance to garden we couldnt get in an they need sign so we dont park, walk up there to find it closed. She wasnt happy with me cos I said you need floor people so myself or others dont have to walk all over the store. She said this is a Holiday an I DONT have to Shop there!!! Really???? btw the chairs were extremely to high in money!!! Meijer just sold theirs out at $15 each. Different color but same chair... kmart was $45 an that was on sale!!! It will be sooner than later til kmart closes as sears did! Horrible people that their title makes them think their all that.

I brought 4 pair of men shorts that had a sign up saying 40% off them I look at my receipt and it take the 40 % off so I just ask the lady at the front desk she shared those signs because there misreading. Also u need to up date about your coupons I went through my coupons thinking there going scan as soon as the person scan it but that doesnt work like that ever. U need to update!

Parts of the store were very disorganized. The movie selection was sad, limited recent releases. It had the look and feel or departments being phased out. As the only retailer of its kind on this side of town, I hope they figure out a way to make a meaningful comeback.

Some of the employees are rude. My dad bought a phone there and it didnt even work and the guy wouldnt even give him back $75 of what he paid. Pure trash

Lines are usually long, with a minimum number of checkouts open. Prices do not seem competitive. Garden center is the best part, when open seasonally.

There is loke one employee who works here that is helpful. Overpriced amd rarely has what i need at a competitive price or at all.
