I LOVE ROSS, STAFF IS NICE BUT THEY DO NEED MORE CASHIERS.. I LOVE THE SELECTIONS. THE PRICES.. I DO WISH, THEY HAD A SEATING AREA. AND A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR. AND ALTHOUGH THEY SALE DISCOUNT ITEMS OR DISCONNENTED ITEMS. I WOULD LOVE THE COMPANY TO ADVANCE THE TRACKING OF MERCHANDISE. MEANING IF I FIND AND SHIRT I LIKE BUT NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE I WISH THEY HAD AN APP, OR SOME WAY OTHER THAN DRIVING TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS HOPING THE WHOLE TIME YOUR NOT WASTING YOUR GAS. BUT I GUESS THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEIR ITEMS AND THEIR PRICES..

The latest fashions at reasonable prices. I especially like their selections of dresses. I always check the clearance racks for added savings. Visit often because you never know what youll find. Also purchased home items like kitchen gadgets and decorations when I set up my house. Senior discount of 10% every Tuesday.

The store is usually clean and stocked. I shop here whenever I am in the area and usually find what I am looking for. The reason for the 4 stars is that the employees are sometimes hit or miss with being polite. Most of the time I have no issues but upon the last visit I encountered a not so friendly cashier.

This store is great for what it is. The staff is friendly and generally helpful. Is it the most organized, cleanest store in the world? No. If you come here expecting that, you are probably better off at the mall.

The atmosphere needs some sprucing up! The prices are fair for discount or refurbished clothing and apparel. I bought a pair of nice addidas shoes for 39.99.
