Very disappointed in JCPenneys jewelry department; bought a ring on 10 Nov 2013, brought the ring back to Penneys on 19 Nov 2013 to be resized. Since, the ring needed sizing, the jewelry dept staff informed It would need to be shipped out and it would take approximately 2 weeks. Ive checked with the jewelry dept several times, and again, last night. The ring was purchased for my girlfriend for Christmas, well to make a long story short, tomorrow is Christmas eve, and still no ring. Its ruined my Christmas, and Im not happy at all. What if this was a wedding ring and I was getting ,married tomorrow, what would I do then? JCPenneys needs procedures in place, to track jewelry, thats send out for resizing, so, they can tell their customers the status of the jewelry anytime in the process. Signed unhappy JCPenneys customer.

Worst experience ever in the salon. I will never refer anyone there again after being a loyal customer for over 12 years. One of the master stylist ruined my daughters long, blond beautiful hair 2 days before she was to start her first year of high school and the manager had the nerve to tell me she was going to press charges because I walked out and didnt pay and didnt give the stylist a chance to repair. We were there from 10:30 am till 5:30 pm and my daughter was in tears and she expected me to stay so that the stylist could continue to damage my daughters hair...yeah I dont think so.

I would give the salon staff 5 Stars but with all of the improvements in the store with the addition of Sephora and Appliances I am very disappointed in the condition of the salon. The stylists keep things clean and neat but the physical condition of the store does not reflect their hard work. The customer service is amazing but they deserve a workspace they can be proud of and feel good working in.

I took my son to the hair salon here and he really hates getting his hair cut. Usually this Id a night mare for me and the hair dresser. But this was the BEST experience he n i have ever had! Joyce did hid hair and did an amazing job. His hair looks great and he listened to hear she was so great!! We will definitely be back to see her!!

Salon is the worst place to get cut they dont even know how to do the most simple cut.. STUPID people need to get their hair license tooken away...absolutely horrible!! Never again and my grandma got her cut and hate it...nobody can cut in panama city! I went to 3 salon and they could not fix the cut JCPENNY did...

Today I had my first appointment (with Gabby) and she was awesome!!! I have really long hair & my time ran into another appointment. She fit them in and made it happen for all of us. Everyone was super friendly yet professional. And my hair looks amazing. Happy to have finally found a stylist in PC!

They seem to have turned over a new leaf and actually hired associates who think customer service is important. Ive LITERALLY left my purchases at the register in the past because I refused to be treated disrespectfully by clerks who dont realize...customers pay their salary! Thanx for asking :-)

My husband and I went to the jewelry department here to find new wedding bands, the lady was very rude! There was only one person working in this area and she didnt even acknowledge us. I gues she assumed we were there to try on rings and waste time. Taking our money somewhere else!!!

Too many people just standing around. Waited for my stylist to snack before my turn. She went about 2 inches too short. 42.00 for bad cut. Shouldve went to a cheap place. Wouldve got the same results.
