This all happened last summer. garbo manager. if you have to go at all, talk with Jon. hes the only competent and considerate person I spoke with. In fact, he deserves a promotion immediately. for more information: I got an upgrade to the s7 active and it was a piece of garbage. within 3 days there was a permanent smear on the screen just from talking on the phone, and multiple scratches. i wasnt being hard on the phone, and regardless its marketed as "rugged" for crying out loud. I brought it in and the manager offered nothing for me, after Id just committed to this $800 phone from them a few days prior. at least immediately give the option of a replacement, I mean come on. past that, I should not have to pay $35 for a "restocking fee." the manager just looked at me blank-faced and said I should look for a warranty replacement from Samsung, because at&ts warranty doesnt cover "cosmetic issues." so I sat on the phone with a Samsung employee, for 25 minutes, in the store, only to learn it would take 11 business days to get it fixed. I bought this phone for a reason (ruggedness, photography), and I planned to use it. I didnt have time to mess around with Samsung after just purchasing it! anyways, the manager/employees at at&t still didnt offer me anything, so I just came back later and returned the phone for $35. excellent.

Neel was awesome. Helped me with some major work that it took to get an existing number ported to a new phone for my mother. It was just myself and my daughter for over an hour and half - The staff even turned cartoons on the large display tv for her to watch ! Neel did a fantastic job. I cant say enough!! I told him after jumping through all the hoops it took to get this done, that he needed a raise! Strangely, right after that both managers left..lol. Dont worry Neel... they know... Thanks again for all of the help!

I went in because my phone wasnt working properly. I was greeted and assisted immediately. There was no one else (customers) in the store. I explained what was going on. I wasnt offered an explanation of what my be wrong with my phone. It wasnt even plugged up to the machine. I was told of other cell phones that were available and prepaid options. Then as Im leaving, the sales person tried to upscale me with Direct TV Now. I wont be retuning to this location.

Stopped by to replace my I-Phone. . They had no I-Phones in stock. Asked them if they would call another store to see if they had any. I was told that any calls they make would go to customer service and they wouldnt be able to find out. Went to the store on Reynolds. There I was reminded of trying to buy a car from a used car dealer. Finally got what I needed but could have been much less confusing .

I called and made an appointment but told them I came in to update my phone. Once I got there I was told they didnt do that. They sent me onto that Apple store at the mall which then told me they couldnt do that either. So I then got sent to a real AT&T location. If the person who picked up the phone in the first place just told me they couldnt update my phone they would have saved me a lot of time.

Evan gets an all star review from me here at Christ Church Cathedral, downtown Lexington! He helped Carol find her phone by pinging her phone throughout the Cathedral. Hard to find a phone thats on silent in a facility that is this large. But he patiently worked with us and let us know that the phone was actually here and pinged it til we could hear the tone! Such a blessing to all of us here!

The manager and several employees have taken my bill payment and refused to give me change or add it to my account. I was told that they dont give coin change. I asked to see the manager and he lied and said they dont handle coin change. The last time I went to pay a new employee gave my coin change and had no idea why I was lied to. Horrible management, if you can visit another location.
