Took my disabled husband in for a new phone and a simple plan adjustment to a lower gb plan. Goes ok they dont have the one he wants but they ship it to us. Next month get my bill and it has doubled! Called the store to find out what happened am told they will take my number and call me back after I ask for the manager who is "busy". But am also told if I really want help I need to bring my disabled husband back to the store since the salesperson who sold me the phone no longer works there. I wait two hours for them to call...nothing so I call back, store phone rings and hangs up every time. I call the national 800# and the rep looks at my account and says "wow this is bad, I have never seen one so messed up!" Instead of the gb reduction i asked for on my 1 family plan I now have 4 family plans at the original rate. He fixes it quickly and tells me any salesperson could have made this adjustment it doesnt need management approval and should have been plainly apprent to anyone that bothered to pull up my account. It is now 5 hours later they have closed and never returned my call. TL:DR - JUST DONT! Bad training and lying staff.

This store is truly fantastic. I have never been to an AT&T store that was more professional, kind and welcoming. Abbey, the manager, takes her time with each customer to make sure that they are getting exactly what they need. Theres no run around or false information given just to make a sale. Ive been in 3 times now for various purchases and have always received the utmost quality of service. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to visit there for all my cellular needs!

As a person who normally avoids having to go to the AT&T Store at all costs, I was very pleasantly surprised with the new store at the outlet mall. Not only were they able to help me with everything I needed to accomplish, EVERYONE was genuinely nice to deal with! (Even after I answered my new phone and screwed up the data transfer and they had to start over! Thank you Abbey!) As a long time customer, stores like this one helps continue my loyalty to AT&T.

I recently upgraded to an Iphone 6+ and my experience with Abbey at the Ridgewalk Parkway location was incredible. It was refreshing to deal with someone who listened to what I wanted in a plan and device and delivered with great service. She is the reason I will continue to do business with this store. She made buying a phone fun which in that past has been a hassle. Don’t hesitate to ask for Abbey and you won’t be disappointed.

Always only 1 person working, which means youll wait at least 20 mins to be acknowledged... and once YOU finally ask THEM how long until you will be seen, they say "probably another 15-20 mins." These employees have no incentive to resolve your issues, as a matter of fact, theyd prefer you just walk out so they dont have to deal with you. Wont be going to this location again.

I went to this AT&T store at 2:10 PM and the doors were locked (thir hours today are 12-6pm) and when I drove out, I noticed that the two employees were in the back smoking cigarettes together. I guess AT&T just lost a potential new customer from Verizon because the employees deemed their cigarette habit more important than servicing customers. Too bad.

We just switched from verizon to AT&T.....tiffany the Manger was AWESOME!!! The whole staff was awesome.....its hard to impress me with customer service in the business that Im in but they went above and beyond our expectations. Thank You Guys for all your hard work!!!! You guys will always have our business!!!

Did not know there was an AT&T store near the outlet malls. I dropped by to get some help with my Samsung phone and the rep was very polite. The store was very clean and there was literally no wait. I will definitely be back.
