I ordered a battery and charging port for my phone the Saturday before Labor Day. The lady who helped me told me that she was not sure when it would come in because of the holiday. She said she would call me on the following Tuesday to let me know. I never received a phone call and I called the store Wednesday Sept 13th. The person answered the phone said "Hello" which threw me off a little. I asked if this was the battery store and he said "uh yeah". I asked if my items were I and he said no and they should be in tomorrow. He said they would call me then (Sept 14th) and let me know. Still no phone call. I called today and asked again. Aaron answered the phone and said yeah they are here and I have not gotten around to call you. I asked if i should just come in or when was a good time to fix my phone. He was very rude and said come in or do what you want. I asked for a manager and he said she was not in. He then hung up. I have already paid half for the service or I would go somewhere else. I am very apprehensive to take my phone there with this kind of service. I would like to speak to an owner or manager to find out what is going on. Very unprofessional!

We went here to have a battery rebuilt as well as a watch battery replaced. While we were there Stephanie’s rude attitude was exacerbated by her laughing at my son when he tripped and fell, threw a pen across the counter so that I could sign a receipt, replaced a watch battery without telling us the charge (despite being asked twice) or waiting for permission to do so, and refused to give me contact information for her manager or for corporate when asked. She was an extremely rude person and a disgrace to the term customer service. We will not go back and, after looking up the Corporate number on the Internet, have lodged a complaint against the store. The Batteries Plus in Kennesaw, however, is terrific! Stay away from this store!

Went there Saturday to get batteries for two key fobs. Very nice man took them and went behind counter. I told him I thought they were 1632 batteries. He opened them and confirmed. I had already priced the batteries and it was 8 bucks for two. He brought my fobs back and rang me up. It was $25.00. When I asked why so much he said it was for installation. $8.50 x 2 for less than5 minutes to install the batteries. I said had you told me up front I would not have let you put them in. He admitted he should have told me but charged me any way. You would have thought he would have at the least he would have offered a discount. Will never be back

Rip off. Went in and n ask for HTC amaze battery n they told it would be 40 dollars!! I told her I could get it on Amazon. Com for 5. She said, yea but it would not b a good battery though, and she went on saying it would take a month to ship, then said her batteries has warranty. Clearly she was trying to run game on me cuzz Amazon has warranty and free two day shipping on that samme battery for 12.99. Battery plues is a rip off scam just to keep there lights on they charge extra to pay there employees. Dont b fooled they probably use Amazon then charge us extra. Wake up ppls.

I went there to get a battery for my motorcycle then drove 30 miles to where my bike was stored only to find out that the store did not include the hardware that was supposed to come with the battery (a plastic package with special nuts, spacers, and adapters). As a result I could not install the battery and had to make another trip back to get the hardware. This was a tremendous inconvenience for me due to their error.

Went in for a car battery- cheaper then Amazon or the local Auto-zone/Pep boys. Great service and install: Mary at the Woodstock store is A+++ . To the owner: hold on to her, and give her a raise. These guys understand customer service and what it takes to thrive as a brick & mortar store. A real person answers the phone, plus online discounts, and ordering. Will be going back for our phone needs as well.

I needed a battery for my ATV and after checking around just about everybody else had a 3 month warranty, except for Batteries Plus which is 1 year. All the batteries were about the same price range. My battery works great and they have a new customer.

Very helpful! Stephanie checked a motorcycle battery on the shelf before I bought it. It was a little low. She tested another one and it was better. I appreciate her making sure I was walking out of the store with a good battery.

Very expensive place to buy batteries!!! I got the battery that I needed right away, but I could have gotten it for a fraction of the price through eBay or Amazon, if I only would have had the time to wait.
