This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any provider of any type. The lady who helped us was extremely unknowingledge. She had no clue what she was supposed to do and was trying to convince me of things on our our bill that were clearly inaccurate. She finally got frustrated Anne yelled across the store at a manager to come help us because we werent happy with her. Well, turns out I was correct, she offered no apology nor did she apologize to my family member who had to drive to the store with the proof she was incorrect. And she did this all in front of a child. I will say the manager was very helpful and set it right. And finally when it came it down to getting my new tablet they didnt have what I wanted (was in there store 2 weeks prior) and as I asked her questions about the one I picked she had no answers, she had to look it up online. Then she started to try to sell me an application, like hard sell (I wanted an android) it turns out they are becoming the Apple Store. I have been a customer for over 15 years and was considering Rhett while AT&T package. Forget it now. Im even considering cancelling our whole wireless plan.

I have bought a few phones from this.store. Have had some issues, but they have always taken care of them. The reason I gave a 3 star is because it really depends on who you speak with as far as customer service goes. I have.dealt with some rude people who seem to have little knowledge and others who seem to know it all. Today was trying to find a splitter that allows you to connect phone to TV from micro USB to HDMI. The woman at front said should of been in box with phone after I explained what I was looking for. I told her she was thinking of the USB charger not HDMI and her reply was "sir I know what your talking about...we dont sell it." I had stopped at ATT store on Barret Parkway yesterday and a very helpful rep went in the back and all to find it and said they dont have the HDMI in stock but can order or I could check with another store. Obviously the lady at the Woodstock store didnt know what she was talking about and her pride wouldnt allow her to ask someone who did. One of a few bad experiences but overall a good store.

AT&T sold me a refurbished Iphone 6 at the price of a new one. Had a problem with the home screen and took it to the Apple store to get it fixed. When Apple opened up the phone they found it had non-Apple parts in it consistent with a refurbished model. When I took the phone to the AT&T store where I purchased the phone, the manager accused me of having the screen replaced by a third party. The phone had never been worked on. The manager basically called me a liar. Do not ever buy a phone at this store. Completely unethical and dishonest.

Customer experience is led by the manager which is clearly lacking in this instance. He knowingly let his 5 friends cut to the front of the line this morning so they could get iPhones because of the low inventory...... When the ENTIRE crowd of 75+ people brought this to his attention he did nothing about the problem. Way to cater to the few and piss off the rest of your customers. After reading the rest of the reviews here, the store is obviously lacking leadership and giving the worst service because of it!!!! WAY TO GO!

This is the worst store I think Ive ever stepped foot in. The staff consists of a bunch of rude, uneducated thugs! If you decide to visit the store be prepared to….wait for hours, listen to rap music blasting in the store, be treated like your waisting their time, and end up getting ripped off! Dont even think about talking to the management about a problem, they are just as bad as the regular staff members. I would think any at&t store would be better than this one. Im leaving at&t and going with Verizon.

This store should be the poster child for why AT&T is always at the bottom of the list for customer service. Know-it-all balding midget sales guy should never be allowed to speak to customers let alone interact with people. The manager is too busy in the back eating lunch to come out when someone asks to speak with him, but he graciously sends out his business card with little Napoleon who said I was free to call him later. Really?

Very rude customer service. I was trying to get a warranty issue done with a phone case and they said they could take care of me. They said they would have to order the part from another store and would call me when it arrived. I waited a month and decided to check in on it. They were extremely rude and said they couldnt do anything for me. The personnel are not poorly trained.

This store has the slowest employees Ive ever seen. Ive been with AT&T for years and Ive never seen a store that moves this slowly. Even buying a new phone from these people takes forever. I could drive to an A T&T store in texas, buy a new phone from them, and drive all the way home to Kennesaw, GA in the amount of time it takes these people to help a customer.

My second visit the week after my first was outstanding. The representative and the manager replaced the case for my new Apple 7 iPhone rapidly with one that worked. They also provided additional information and specific additional information in a caring and courteous manner. This visit shouldnt have been necessary if the first rep knew his products.

Visited this store today ready to buy phones - the manager was incredibly rude - no wonder the store has such bad reviews here. This is an AT&T corporate store - AT&T - cant you do better than this? How can the agents be successful when the top management of the store is so completely disinterested and hateful?

Awesome service. They had exactly what I intended to buy, no high pressure switch sales pitch. Set up the phone from my other one bringing over contacts, apps, etc. Reggie was super nice and knowledgable. Quick and easy. Im a long term AT&T customer and fan. First time in this retail store.

They deserve a ZERO!! Liars! Will Say Anything to get your business. AT&T will not pay off previous carrier. AT&T will NOT honor the word of their employees not matter how far up the chain you go. They do not care!!! AT&T treat you like a paycheck and not a customer!!

As soon as i walked in this store i was greeted but apparently the they did not care to resolve my issue with the phone i just purchased not even a week before. The lady just kept saying that theres nothing i can do to help you. Very rude customer service.

Ive literally been waiting here 27 min. Just trying to get pricing on new plans/phones. Manager keeps walking by, asking if I have any questions. YES! How much are the plans?? Why cant she quickly go over the options with me? This is ridiculous!!

They have the general AT&T products. But, probably due to location, the wait times are outrageous every time weve been in. The staff tries to be as helpful as they can but they seem to always be overrun. They could use more help here for sure.
