I purchased a complete pair of eyeglasses and then lenses for two frames that I already had spending a total of five hundred dollars. Their lab put stress fractures in two of the frames and completely stretched out one pair to the point that they were not adjustable which made them unwearable. I got four months of use before the frames I had purchased from Price snapped in two on the top left side from the stress fracture. They did not stand behind their work and only offered to sell me more frames. So I ended up unable to wear my new eyeglasses. The sunglasses are the only intact pair and that is probably because I seldom wear them. As I stated before, those frames also have a stress fracture in them and I am afraid they will break so I am extremely cautious with my sunglasses. If you buy glasses from them please check all your frames for issues and refuse to leave the store until they fix them to your satisfaction. They didnt even offer me an eyeglass case for the new eyeglasses.

I just had a great experience at Price Optical. Now I will say that I knew Mike before going to the store but my review would be the same regardless. When I walked in Mike was working with a sales person and said Hi to me right away. As I waited another man came in who also knew Mike. There was a man in the store already, Mike helped him and he left happy. While I was being helped another woman came in and she wanted Mikes help also. What I am getting at is Mike knows his business and the people that know this keep coming back to him, he is great at what he does. He looked at my glasses, adjusted them one time, gave them back to me and it was like wearing a new pair of glasses. I cant believe how well he adjusts glasses with a look and his outstanding customer service.

Great work was done here! My pet had knocked my glasses of of a table and broke them. The employees understood and got to work as soon as they could, and in within a couple days I got my glasses back as good as new. Ive been here before and I just love the owner and all the people who work hard for him to make my familys glasses! Keep doing great work!

If I could give negative stars I would! My glasses fell apart after 9 months! And Mike the owner would not do anything but SELL me the same frame again! And also accuse me of stepping on them! Which I DIDNT! His employee basically called me a lyer to my face when I said that I HAD NOT damaged them!
