For the first time in my life I needed glasses. I had an idea of what I wanted but no idea on what I needed exactly (e.g. frame size, color etc.) I went to several places and always came out disappointed and frustrated. Then I went to the Spectacle Shoppe and told them what I thought I would like. They immediately began searching the store for eyewear that closely resembled my idea of my "perfect" glasses. This was totally unlike the other shops. They even measured my face to find the proper size and distance between pupils etc. They didnt have a pair that I wanted but they pulled out a catalog and worked with me to find a pair with the features I found to be appealing during the "trying on" process. They ordered a couple of pairs and indeed I ended up loving/buying one. They are great people and in my opinion the best at what they do. Their knowledge and customer service are unparalleled in Wichita. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
