The first experience I had with Eyemart was at the store on Santa Fe. The prescription was read incorrectly and I could not see close up or at a distance. The tech that helped me told me to take the glasses home and try to get use to them. I couldnt believe she said that and I told her I wanted a refund. The manager was on vacation and when he returned and called him and suggested his staff get better training. Did I learn a lesson, no! I went to the store in Norman in April 2016. After four attempts to have my glasses adjusted I bought a pair of "peepers" so I could read. I was told to go back to my eye doctor and have my prescription reviewed, which I did. Then they suggested I go to the eye doctor next door and have her for another exam. Thank god she was on maternity leave so I didnt waste my time or money. I did go back to my eye doctor November 2016 and was told the glasses were not adjusted properly. After spending $205 to have new lens put in my frames at another facility I can now see close up and long distance. For those that have not had any problems with Eyemart, good for you, but I will never use them again!!

When going in to this establishment I was completely amazed at the fact that my mother and I were not even addressed or aknowleged for even walking in. Both of the attendants were busy with other clients and numerous more clients were waiting. While I understand they were busy at least a welcome to eyemart or some sort of aknowledgement would have been nice and direction on what to do. Instead we waited and waited and waited for someone to even talk to us. My mother was actually the one buying glasses, but be assured if it were me I would have walked out like the other customers who got fed up. Please work on customer service.

I just went in asking about repairing my existing glasses since a screw was loose in them and kept falling out, and not only did she change both screws, she also replaced the nosepads and deep cleaned the frame so well I didnt recognize them at first! Ill definitely go back once Im able to replace these.

I always have had trouble needing my glasses as soon as possible, but the people over at eyemart had gotten them both ready in just 10 minutes. Chelsie was such a big help with my fitting. I plan on getting my glasses from them from now on. Thank you Eyemart!!!

They were curteeous, and timely. They were swamped with the back to school rush, screaming kids, and just plain rude customers. They persevered and completed orders as fast as humanly possible. As far as Im concerned they have my business from now on.
