Ive worn glasses since I was was 3yo. I have four children with glasses. Ive been in a lot of eye glass shops. I hope I am the odd customer the couldnt get right. First, the selection that our insurance would cover was slim and cheap. Second, they didnt have our glasses done on time. And when I said something about it, she said we didnt drop off the script when I said I did. But I remember calculating the holiday weekend into the number of business days. Then, one of the lenses had a defect, but it took three trips in for them to acknowledge it - two weeks of my child not being able to see. She said shed call when the replacement was ready. She never called but I was so done with them, we didnt go back.

These peoples attitudes are absolutely disgusting!!! Do not ever do business here! Biggest waste of time! And they treat you like scum!
