Always great service. Theyre willing to customize if youre trying to avoid sugar, and helpful with suggestions. A friend of mine was meeting me here for coffee a few weeks ago, and then we took a drive. Hed left his credit card behind. They remembered which car was mine and wrote a note and stuck in under my windshield wiper to let me know. Thanks! This saved a search and an extra trip. The Jitterbug is my favorite too.

This place always looks busy and has queues. However, the staff work hard and tables turn over quite quickly so you dont have to wait long. The atmosphere is great and there are a good range of coffees. The hot chocolate is served at a perfect drinking temperature and it was excellent. The cakes all looked amazing so it was.

Jitter bug is where its at. Unfortunately I was only driving by and live in another state so it was my one and only time there. Customer service could have been more appealing. Cafe tasted great however.
