I have been in this store two times for dart equipment. Each time, I get the dark haired old man clerk (not sure if hes the owner or what). Each time, he acts as though I am inconveniencing him by asking questions or asking where merchandise is. He is extremely unhelpful, condescending, and just makes it a terrible experience. I will not be returning to this store, and recommend that you do the same unless you want to be talked down to. Experience 1: He sat on the stool behind the counter during the entire visit and pointed to the general area where what I needed was. Acted as though my questions were the stupidest he had ever heard. Experience 2: Returning item. He was hanging something that took about 4 minutes. He made eye contact when I came in, and I stood at the counter while he hung item. Not so much as a "Ill be with you shortly," just ignored me until he was done. Essentially called me a liar about a faulty product. Talked down to me as though I had no idea what I was talking about. Acted as though talking to him was a huge nuissance. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!

It took 10 minutes to get waited on even though there was no one else in the store. The clerk was not very knowledgeable about price and moved pretty slow. I thought the prices were very high but all I needed was a diamond tip stylus ( $ 14.00 ) and I thought he meant $ 4.00. No, $ 14.00 ! Anyway, I had to have one. As I left, I browsed their selction of pool tables and found they were about 40% higher than I have ever seen ! The crowning touch, as I left the store; I glanced at my receipt : NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGE FOR OTHER MERCHANDISE. That says it all...

The service was second to none. Had my table moved from my old home to my new home and the move was awesome. George was awesome overseeing newer installers teaching them his years of experience to better their skills. This to me shows his willingness to satisfy his customers. Ive purchased two pool tables and multiple other billiard products from Muellers. My total spend with them over r the last 20 years is probably close to $10,000. If they dont have it in the store chances are they have an item you want in their massive catalog. They could improve by having some on-site cue service rather than shipping cues to Lincoln NE.

Went in there to get new darts and flights. Was ignored. Tried to ask for help and the workers walked away from us. Wouldnt greet or help but we we left they said bye. If you dont want to help poeple with darts why have them. Was very disappointed and never going back.

I really enjoyed this store. They have a great selection of pool tables and they are very attentive. Ive bought darts and a ping pong table top and have been very happy. Highly recommended.
