Wish I could write a review without giving any stars, this place is a rip off. Been in there twice. First time for a caddy for pulling my son behind my bike. Beat up one was $2 less than a brand new one same identical brand at Target. Just stopped there for hockey pants (breezers) for a tournament coming up in Urbandale. Didnt know the exact correct size so I wanted to look at them to size them up (they had them hanging up in the rafters) and the guy wouldnt get them down so I could look at them, said they were out of season. A store that has what you might need and wont even let you look at it. Make sure you check what it costs new before you go in there, it might be only a few bucks more or DONT EVEN GO IN THERE!

We always shop here for our kids sporting wear and equipment, and events this week proved why. We stopped in to purchase track shoes and other items. After leaving we went to another establishment for our car to be serviced where our items purchased at Play It Again were stolen from our vehicle. The manager helped us get a reprint of the receipt so we could try to get reimbursed and then went above and beyond and helped get another pair of track shoes for our daughter simply because he didnt like what had happened to us. Awesome service. Above and beyond kindness.

Tried to trade some discs, they offered me $11 trade in value for 4 of my discs. Nice discs at that. Star, champion, and titanium plastic. I thought it would be an even trade, 4 for 4. I wouldve had to give 3 for 1. On top of all that, the cashier told me to move out of the way because there were paying customers behind me... AND the dude threw a baseball over a moving car in the parking lot. Horrible service and they favor baseball jocks over disc golfers. Never going back.

30 day in store credit; thats their policy. I bought a pair of baseball pants that were a size too small. The store clerk told me to come back and exchange them if they were too small but failed to mention, if we dont have the size you need, you are out of luck. The fact of the matter is, if they cant refund your money for a new item then go somewhere else. I ended up at Hopkins and found a better pair of baseball pants for the same price!

They rip you off, they dont want to give you any money for your stuff and they mark up their stuff way to high, and everything that is used should be negotiable. But I have had a recent experience where they would not negotiate, I will never shop there again. Bad experience!!!

Stopped in with my wife...just window shopping. The owner/manager was very helpful and engaged. He didnt have what she was looking for but told us how frequently he got them in and when to check back. Very nice experience. Thank you.
