One month ago I traded in my car to Unlimited Motors for a vehicle they had for sale. The sale process went relatively smoothly and I very much like the car, but what has happened since then has been much less than ideal and very telling of the quality of people who are running this business. After purchasing the car (cash on top of a title in-hand, mind you), I waited the specified 2.5-3 weeks for the paperwork to be taken care of and to receive the title in the mail (I am out of state relative to this dealership). Shortly after I received the old title I went to title and register the vehicle in my own state, but was told the paperwork was incomplete and that it needed additional paperwork (a second power of attorney) to successfully register it. That was one week ago. Since that time I have contacted this location (where it seems they handle most of this business related aspect of their three total locations) numerous times. My primary contact has been Anji, who I believe runs this location, who at first seemed helpful and like she would get things taken care of, but has effectively given me the run around. Every time I have talked to her since my initial explanation of my situation, it has just been a delay, that the papers are coming soon, but they still havent. She has never once proactively called me about the situation, what the status of a resolution is, nor has she even returned a call any of the 3 different times I have talked to someone else who has answered the phone and said they would have her call me back. It has now been over a month since I purchased this vehicle, and as a result it now has an expired temporary tag. I have also brought that issue up during my various conversations with them, that it was expiring, and now has expired, but they have offered no resolution to that predicament either. I now have a car that I love, that I cannot title, cannot be legally driven, and no resolution in sight. Please think long and hard about taking your business to these people. All they seem to care about is getting your money (theyve already got mine and have already sold the car I traded in it would seem), as long as they get that then whatever happens after the sale is a low-priority nuisance.

Owner Angie never smiled at me or said hello during my two visits to this dealership. Very Rude not to even acknowledge my presence when passing me multiple times per visit while i was at the dealership. ... Salesman that actually helped me was more than willing to help and offered to let me drive both cars i was interested in, only issue with the cars was that the trunk wouldnt close automatically on one of the vehicles i looked at...Claimed to not know about the issue, which i dont see as possible for them to not know about a trunk on a Mercedes being broken. I wouldnt recommend this dealer due to the poor experience that i had with the owner. It does not say good things about a dealership if the owner doesnt value customers enough to even say hello. When looking for a car in the $25,000 range, if they dont care about customers how can you expect them to car much about the quality of the vehicles they are selling you!! P.S. Not using real name so they wont contact me :)

I called about a truck about a mo. Or so fort few times they never answered the phone when i finally got there voice mail i left my name and no. They did not call me back. When i finally talked to them they said they had the truck. I told them I have to get funding and would be back in touch. I couldnt get it so I called them back and they said they would send in a application for financing. I never heard back,then i had to go to Alabama on an emergency was gone three days and was back home in Indiana. I looked up there web site and called to see if they sold of course they never answered I left a message for them to call me back and let me know if they sold it, it has been over a week now and I havent heard a word. If they worked with me in the beginning i would have paid the price they were asking.but no they didnt so they sold it for approximately 3000 dollars less to bad I have found another one their loss

Angi and Kim have been so outstanding to work with. My husband went up to test drive the SUV we purchased from Unlimited Motors and he did nothing but rave about his experience before I got there. Once I showed up, everything was already done. Keys in the car and took a quick test drive (the car was immaculate!) and then started filling out my paperwork. My bank decided to be a stinker and caused us both trouble. Angi took the bull by the horns and got everything taken care of. My bank then decided to send me over payment back to me, which I feel is not my money. I called Angi and she told me to just buy gas with it. Such amazing people! They look out for their customers! I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much and most of all thank you for the Cayenne!! It rocks in the snow! :)

I love the car I bought(MB E550 4Matic), but Angi Elhaj was not honest with me about what worked and didnt work on the car before and after I purchased. Before handing her $13,000 cash, I was sure to ask that all the lights were working for my drive home, of which she assured me they did. As soon as I got on the road, it was obvious they did not. So I asked her to reimburse me the cost of the xenon headlight bulb($70) of which she wont even respond. It has been two weeks and I have been attempting to speak with her every other day.

Honest, upfront, fair, clean, and hard to talk down in price since the price is so low to start out with....I Drove 650 miles to buy a great used truck at a very competitive price from the nice staff at the Fishers location. The sales manager went out of his way to stay extra, extra late on a Friday night to help me out as the traffic around Chicago delayed my trip significantly. It has been more than a month and my truck is tearing up the asphalt without issues.

I asked to see a vehicle and they had to jump start it to bring it around front for me. They didnt tell me that, I only knew because I walked outside and looked around back while waiting. A little honesty goes a long way. I would have loved to look at other options had they just been up front about the car having issues.

Enjoyable experience from the Fishers location from start to finish. Fair prices for both parties, no pushy tactics, and CARFAX offered without question. They were very friendly and worked with my situation to get a great vehicle. Will visit them in the future for vehicles.

Just purchased a car from the Westfield location. Tim the Finance/Sales Manager was great from start to finish. Made the process very simple and easy. He even followed up with us since our purchase to make sure we are happy and havent had any issues.
