I run JTM auto care ,I have a good customer that is on a limited buget. He needed his transmission rebult and golden rule had the best price. $850.00 with 90 day warrenty, they had the tranny for over a month saying they couldnt find parts then called and said it was done. I put the trans in the car and less then a month later it went out. The fluid was burnt and nasty,I took them the car so they could check it, They had the car 2 weeks when I went to check on it the hood was popped and car unlocked. The owner dave, basicly threatened me cause I offended his daughter on the phone the he said take the car pull the trans and get back to him and he would fix it well we did and it has been two months and they say they cant find the parts. And its not a covered under warrenty. Dave rips people off well he is going to pay Im taking him to court.

I entered into an agreement with this buissnes to sell my 1975 cadillac fleetewood on consignment, they get paid if they sell my car, "great I thought" until almost a year had passed and still no sale. I was told by a friend passing by that my hubcaps were gone. I called the owner and they had been missing a week and no one called to inform me , so then I went to pick up my car and the owner forces me to pay him $150.00 for storage!!!!!!! It cost that to replace one hubcap!!!!!!!!! (He wanted more than that!!!!) $150.00 x 2.........thats $300.00 dollars in hub caps and $ 150.000 storage totaling $450.00. I lost out dealing with this poor, poor company!!! Watch your back.........nothing but empty promises and illegal fees.

Owner is rude and nasty. They sell you lemon cars and refuse to fix it. Had car less than eight days car is dangerous. Trans bogus engine bogus they are worse than slum lords! Take your money and send you on your way. Would not recommend anyone to that place. Bad business! If I could they would have a negative 20 stars!

Wish I could give no stars. Worst car sales company ever!!! Located in low income area to take advantage on purpose then have audacity to put Biblical scripture on building. Deceiving, dishonest, ripoff artists. Dont go here. They just take cars from auction and put on their lot without checking them. Let buyer beware.

Best car lot in town. Very helpful on getting me into a car. Didnt have a lot of money and was still able to into a great car. Dave is a very honest person and will give you the shirt off his back to get you in a car. I would highly recommend golden rule auto to everyone.
