Not Happy At All With The Way I was just spoken too car broke down less then 30 days i called and was told i was yelling and never raised my voice told i COULD have been put in a car but since i YELLED i wont be helped also told him my job was in jeopardy he said "WELL IF U DONT HAVE A JOB U CANT PAY FOR CAR ANYWAY" mind you the whole time im in tears i never called and yelled when it broke down they said bring us your payment then we will see what we can do i paid i just want my car but you live and you learn this was a learning experience i will continue to pay for my car until contract is up but i know better now I have worked in customer service for years its not what you say its how you say it to a paying customer but if you have someone by the balls i guess you can say whatever you want to them right no car no work my kids wont eat or have a place BUT GOD WILL MAKE IT RIGHT HE ALWAYS PREVAILS

If you have poor credit and are looking to purchase a vehicle through a buy here pay here then I highly recommend Auto Sales and Service. I bought a truck through this company 2 years ago and it is still running strong. They have worked with me on different occasions and have always been courteous. I do not understand what the fuss is all about. As long as you stay in contact and hold to your end of the deal you will have no issues. As for getting a good running vehicle, thats the chance you take when you buy a used vehicle regardless of the lot you purchase it from. Most companies will take care of the issue in an allotted amount of time as will Auto Sales and Service.

DO NOT GO TO. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They take advantage of people who dont know a lot about cars or how dealerships work. I had many problems with the car. First within a week I had to get a new exhaust. That was $140 then not even a week after that my tire blew out on the interstate and when i got to the tire shop my other tire was severely balled. My car was then totaled and the insurance they "hooked me up with" told me I only had liability which the dealership failed to tell me. Theyll "hook you up" but in the end you only get screwed over.

I have a relative who purchased a car from them. My relative was making payments, and they falsely had the car repossed and towed from their place of employment. They refused to give the car back, and they are trying to make them pay more money. The guy in the office was rude, nasty and disrepected my relative. What kind of dealership is this who steals a persons money, has their car repossed falsely and then tries to make them pay more money. I call them a rip-off, bully and thief.

I have had my car for 2 years almost and I have had absolutely no problems with them they work with you when you need them to and I havent have any problems with my car up until here recently but other than that Im all good with them.. I traded in that car and got a newer car with lesser miles and have had this car for almost a year and other than getting in a wreck havent had any problems at all out of it... kept up with regular maintence on it and had to replace tires

After purchasing a car from this lot I found out that the front end of the vehicle is messed up . I sent my brother in law to purchase a car from them sane probably. Not to mention tgey over priced vehicle. I had got a 2005 Dodge Magnum from them and the tried to charge me 10,999 for the car with 170,000 miles on it . Try them if you dare!!!!!!

Ive had two cars from these guys and they never failed to work with me. I dont know why others are saying that they dont work with you. I mean, Im not any different than any other customer. I paid my notes on time when I could and they worked with me when I couldnt.

BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT WORK WITH THE PEOPLE, JUST HAD SURGERY AND THEY REPOSSED CAR, WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THAT..... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, ROBOTS..... BETTER TO GO TO A PLACE WITH HUMANS....

I have had my truck for 2 years now only had to put brakes and oil changes "regular maintenance to it" and all you havr to do is call to let them know u will be late they do work with u
