Mark is an EXCEPTIONAL person!! Didnt make me feel as if he was just trying to put me in any vehicle, diligently worked with me through my car buying process to get me in an affordable vehicle that was not only well-maintained but also warrantied. Would refer him to any and EVERYONE!! **UPDATE: Jeep I purchased from them had engine issues within 1st week. They decided to buy-back that truck and put me in a different shxtty truck...which later turned out to have transmission issues. I thought I was fine since I purchased a warranty, but no!! And Steve nor Mark were very helpful, although I was ASSURED theyd do whatever to assist. Mark turned out to be very rude and I am so sorry I ever did any business w/them. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT REFER CARMEL MOTORS NOR INDY AUTO FINANCE TO ANYONE I CARE FOR!! Theyll just take your money...

My experience with Carmel Motors and their salesman Mark Martinez was such a blessing to me and my wife. She was deaperately in need of a new vehicle and we were running out of options. She came in and was greeted by a more than friendly staff of great individuals. They were attentive and helpful. The cars were amazing and although I was a little intimidated by some of the more expensive automobiles they had on the lot , Mr. Martinez assured us he would find the perfect vehicle for her. He delivered on his promise. As we left we were so happy but the happiness did not end there; Mark gave us a call. Not only did we walk away with a great car for her but the following week I returned and purchased a brand new car of my very own that I absolutely adore. Carmel Motors a true Blessing for anyone in need of a great automobile.

I really would like to take this time to Thank a very special man for going above and beyond to help a girl make her dream come true. Mark Martinez is AWESOME at what he does and is a GREAT person. I came into his office with little faith. He was very upfront and real to me about what my options were when it came to financing a car. I walked out of his office with a 2013 VW jetta. I have never owned a car so new!! I was car jacked my car was totaled and hadnt work for two months, didnt ever received my first pay check and he got me into a 2013 Mazda 6 with 24k and my payment is only $185.00 I cant believe it, ever other dealer had me well over $400 on cars with over 100,000 miles Im feeling so blessed thank you thank you thank you thank you I will buy from Martinez where ever he goes loyal customer for life and I posted it on Facebook and all my friends need to know he dont screw people he actually worked for 3 days to make this happen. The customer service Mark Martinez provided was second to none. Tamera was great as well. I was not in a rush to get a new car, so I was able to shop around. I kept coming back to Indy Auto Finance, because I trusted Mark and the companys product. It was obvious that Marks main intention was to get me into a car that I loved, which he did. I ended up driving off with a low millage BMW convertible that has been amazing thus far. Indy Auto Financed provided great customer with great product to boot. A good friend of mine referral me to Mark Martinez, I called and make an appointment. and yesterday on my appointment Mark was very busy, but he made to feel really important. He wanted to make sure I receive the vehicle I wanted and could afford.
