I recently hit a deer in my car and I contact my insurance company which was State Farm and they told me I could use anyone that I wanted to too have my car fixed John Jones was on there list of dealers that they use or recommend. So I went with John Jones. State Farm had picked up my car and did there own estimate and when they delivered it to John Jones over a month ago Johnny told me he would get started on it right away. He said he would get the parts delivered and then hed have it done. I would call every week to just check up on it because I was in a rental car. He told me that I should take the rental back and just use there car. So I did and when I picked up there car I was told I could only use so many miles a day which would not have been a problem if I didnt drive to New Albany everyday. But I tried to stay within the limit and tried to make it work. I then waited patiently to have my car fixed and would call once or twice a week just to check and see how things where going since they had my car over a month and it was still not fixed. They would give me a date that it would be done and then it would be changed and they would not even call to give me updates. If it wasnt for me calling them I would have been left in the dark on why it took a month an a half for my car to be fixed. Then the guy called me and said my air bag lights where on and wanted to dispute with me about the light because he did not believe it was not on before I hit the deer. After having it sent to Corydon to have it tested by a Chrysler dealership he found out the light was not on so it had to be repaired. Then when I was finally told I could pick up my car I asked why my car engine light was on, I was told it had probably had always been on since its an older car. I told him I had never noticed it before and he said that the motor was not damaged nor was the radiator or the AC unit in the collision. So when I asked why it was leaking fluid from my car after I had hit the deer he said it could have been the drainage from the AC unit. o I asked him for a report on the car that shows what all was done to my car and guess what was on there that had been replaced? They charged my insurance for a radiator and service to the AC unit even though he just told me that there was no damage done there. My car was not detailed not even a vacuum. Even though they had the front of my car that was hit by the deer laying inside my car from when it was hauled into there shop by wrecker. When I asked why my car was not cleaned out he said what do you want me to do about it? I said well a little bit of clean up would be nice? He just kind of laughed at me. I contacted my insurance company and they are trying to get this figured out for me. Where is the customer satisfaction?

We had a wonderful experience at John Jones. We got so lucky that Saturday when we walked into the showroom without an appointment and Mr Ricky True blood was available to talk to us. My husband had done his homework. For over a year my husband spent alot of time on the website building his dream truck over and over until he had the thing memorized. Mr True blood was not what I expected a car salesman to be. He was soft spoken, not pushy. My husband had met Mr pushy at a dealership in louisville earlier that day.Talking with Ricky was like talking with an old friend. He built the truck my husband wanted gave us a price we took the paperwork and went home to think it over. The next day Mr pushy from louisville called to follow up and my husband told him the offer John jones had made us. Mr pushy offered a better deal. my husband and I wanted to buy the truck from Ricky so he called Ricky to let him know what was on the table. Ricky pulled a miracle out of his hat and got us a better deal than Mr pushy. Thank you John Jones for making my husbands dream truck end up in our driveway and for having a honest not pushy easy to talk to salesman on your lot. I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of a vehicle.

On Oct 8th I leased what is my 4th vehicle from John Jones GM City in Salem and Brandon McIntosh since March 20th of this year, my 5th if you want to count the car my brother and I bought for our Niece. Every time I find myself looking for a vehicle Brandon is always ready and willing to help me find the vehicle that suits "todays" whimsy. This is my 68th car overall and 11th from John Jones Dealerships so I have had more cars than birthdays. My dealership experience is always very professional.... From my dealings with Mr Jones when I see him in the dealerships to the Gen Mgr Scott Geltmaker, Sales Mgrs Tyson Chastain and Troy Seay and Finance Mgr Jabin Apple, and even the "Detail Dept", everyone has the same goal in mind. The Customers complete satisfaction. Ive been buying from the Jones Dealer Group since 1993, the times change and some staff changes have occurred, of course, but the philosophy has always remained the same and I appreciate and know that if it hasnt changed in the last 23 yrs, I can expect it to remain the same. Thanks to the entire staff of John Jones, I appreciate everyone making my experiences positive.

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from John Jones/Salem last week and we had a GREAT experience!!! We had looked at the vehicle a few days before deciding to make the purchase. Brandon Lock had shown it to us, and he was very nice and personable. We went back a few days later while he was working with other customers at the time. Mike Atchison helped us above and beyond with our transaction. He was extremely professional AND personable. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time, and ended up keeping the staff there until almost 9:00 on a Friday night, which was two hours past. They kept a smile on their face and didnt rush us. Mike remained patient and very hospitable with us. He and Jabin were awesome in explaining things to us while going over all of the logistics/paperwork/etc. Nothing was "pushy" and they treated us like "family". I highly recommend John Jones Salem... Mike Atchinson, Brandon Lock and Jabin!!!! PS: I love our new car! We got great deal with great service!

We have purchase all our cars in the past few years from John Jones. Our salesman, Mike Atkinson, has always provided superior service in assisting us with our purchases. His professionalism and ability to listen to our needs is what keeps us coming back to John Jones. If the dealership does not have a vehicle on the local lot he will have cars pulled from other locations to assist us with our selections. In addition, if there are not any cars available at a particular time he will continue his search for us keeping us informed of up coming vehicles that we might be interested in for purchase. I also referred my sister to your dealership to assist her in buying a good used car. She lives in Kentucky, I told her that I thought she should visit your dealership and speak to Mike. As a result she bought a good quality used car. Mike is definitely an asset to this dealership with his great customer service.
