I purchased a used 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with cash, Within 12 hours of purchase the transmission went out and I had no vehicle! I called and sent an emails. When the employees could do nothing because of the owner and saying the paper work for the warranty wasnt in effect yet SO it wouldnt cover it, SO it was pre-existing! I emailed the owner, he responded by saying he doesnt make any money off vehicles he sells and will do nothing. He wouldnt even discuss a mutual solution, so now to invest another $1,800.00. I informed him I would review him and let everyone know to beware! I did find another car buyer that reviewed them and they had a transmission break in two days! If I could have given him "no stars" while reviewing him,I would have!

After searching for a vechile for over 2 weeks due to an accident totaling our 97 Jeep Cherokee we finally found what we were searching for at Rocks. We went to alot of high pressure used car lots that fell short of our expectations. However at Rocks the staff was beyond comparsion. No pressure just handed us the keys so we could take a spin. Staff had excellent knowledge and put us in a vechile that meet our needs. Paperwork was fast and easy. We are now the proud owners of a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is an upgrade from what we lost. Thank you so much Chris for making this a pleasant experience.

Its taken me a while to get on here & write a review but here I am! We purchased a Ford Edge from them back in late March of this year after our Trailblazers transmission went. We only had the one vehicle so needed another one ASAP! I located this Ford Edge in the cobalt blue color that I wanted for a very reasonable price. I think it was Chris that helped us but its been awhile so Im not totally sure. Chris or Brian, whichever one it was, was great! We purchased & drove it home within a couple hours! I would definitely recommend them! I will be back when I need another vehicle!!

Chris and Brian are fantastic. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger R/T and the experience was among the best I have ever had when purchasing a car. I found the vehicle I was looking for, a 2004 Cadillac Escalade at a good price, and drove up from Virginia to Indiana to make the purchase.

Once I got there had a great experience working with Mitchell, Chelsea and Brian. Was able to work out a deal and drove home in the 2016 Ram pickup that day. I am about 4 hours away from them, but they worked with me over the phone and had everything ready when i arrived. One trip and I drove away with my dream car! The service was excellent but the reason for my 2star is the sold me a car with failulty transmission without telling me, worked ok for 2days n once the fluid had leaked out, the car was inoperable n now its sitting in a garage. N anyone with knowledge about Mercedes benz knows what it takes to work on such cars, I feel cheated here
