After having a horrible experience with a rusted Honda truck that was sold to me with transmission problems, I came to this facility hoping to find some decent people. After spending two hours checking over every detail of the car because I had been screwed over on my prior purchase, I regrettably purchased a Honda Accord from them AND traded in my old Honda, which they only gave me $500 credit for toward my new vehicle. Although I was still skeptical, they promised me they were good Christian people and even would help pay for repairs if there were any serious issues with the vehicle. They had their "mechanic" look over the car and of course he made it seem like the car would never have any issues. Not even a week after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light and maintenance required light came on. Then the car started cutting off in the middle of the highway while driving it, which was horrifying. I figured maybe it just needed a tune up, so I got that done and of course, the lights are still on. Then the temperature gauge started reading hot anytime I drove it, so that needs to be replaced. Its been 5 months since Ive owned this car and now the car wont even go into reverse without the gears just grinding, so my transmission needs to be replaced. Im 8 months pregnant and cannot afford to get a new transmission, so I called them in need of help since they claimed they would always be willing to help. The owner of the company Tom (which was also the person I initially dealt with) answered and I tried to explain my situation. All he had to say to me was that he would never tell anyone that they help pay for repairs, that he "doesnt have a crystal ball to predict issues" and that he might know someone who could put in a new transmission BUT that I bought the car as is, so its not his problem. Of course I felt upset because he had completely fooled me in the first place with his false promises and claims of helping out those in need. I told him that I guess they only claim to want to help when there is money that they can be making and he told me that he was done talking to me and wouldnt help me at all. I would recommend that anyone who cannot afford to continuously buy cars and make expensive repairs absolutely stay away from this place. They will put on a "good Christian" face when you have money to spend, but when it comes to correcting their mistakes, they want nothing to do with you.

Less than a week of owning a car we just purchased from these "Christian" sales men, we found out that the engine had to be completely replaced. The car was $6500+ tax and the cost for repairs is $7500. The owner was RUDE - he said: 1) IN has NO lemon law, therefore has no obligation 2) although they said at the dealer that the car went through a thorough inspection with their mechanic, the car is as-is (repeatedly said "as-is"). I asked him how could he sell us a car that would need a rebuilt engine out the lot. He said, "I had a nice Christian customer who bought a van, by the time they arrived at Florida, the car needed a new transmission. I told them it was as-is." 3) I told him what he did was unethical and cant be lawful, he said he has an attorney already on retainer for situations like these. I asked, do you have this situation arise so often that you would need an attorney on active attorney on retainer? We were taken advantage of. I now have a $6500 loan and a $7500 repair bill for a vehicle worth $6000. Im so upset, he wasnt even willing to make the repairs or replace this with a working car. Never go to New Life Auto. They use their "faith" as a marketing strategy, this is NOT how a true Christian acts.

I have purchases two cars from New Life Auto in 5 years. Both experiences have been perfectly inline with my expectations and previous experience in purchasing used vehicles. Please understand the cars for sale are considered "as is where is". Once you leave the lot with your car, New Life Autos responsibility for the vehicle ends. They are not clairvoyant so they dont know if the car will run good for a week or a year. No one does. Both cars I have purchased did very well and exceeded my expectations. I felt that I was treated fairly and honestly throughout the entire experience. Yes, they are very Christian, but I did not feel that they used their "faith" as a marketing tool to sell cars. When I need to purchase another used car, I will start here first. If you want a car that is under warranty and is guaranteed to never have issues, this isnt the car lot for you. You also have the option of purchasing a Carfax if you want more detailed history on the car you are interested in.

We purchased a truck and they stated that they have the vehicles looked over. Six weeks to the day that we purchased the truck the head gasket blew and the cost to repair it is $2500. We paid around 5000 for the truck. We called them and they stated that there was nothing they could do, of course because they say it is AS-IS. I would not purchase a vehicle from them unless you take it to a mechanic and have it looked over. Our fault for not doing that. We gave them an opportunity to do the right thing and they did not so this is the only recourse that we have which is to let everyone know to be weary when you walk in the door. Lesson learned.

I was here about 2 weeks ago. The staff are very friendly and pleasent to work with. Im a mechanical person. I checked a vehicle out and looked into the book value on the vehicle that was infront of me. I did not make a purchase because I found the vehicle that I was looking at to be overpriced for what it was and we could not get it negotiated down to the actual book value. I would shop here again though. It was just the particular vehicle I was looking at was overpriced is the reason for this review.

I purchased my first car from New Life Auto and it is easily the greatest place in Noblesville to buy a used car from. The service was incredible. All of the staff is some of the most friendly and very honest people. I would definitely reccomed buying from here. Some of the people rating the bussiness 1 star where calling them ungodly or they call themselves "Christians". I believe they are very, very good Christians and try their best to provide the best car buying experience.

This place has a very friendly environment to it. Its a small lot, kind of secluded from the rest of em. Owners are overall friendly, but be sure to inspect the cars closely. We went to look at a Dakota a while ago, and it had uneven tread wear. Salesman never mentioned it. Some cars are pretty highly priced too. Just do your research before coming.

So far Ive only talked to these guys on the phone. Larry has been more than helpful and is so far talking straight forward and taking great care of me. Their website is slightly out of date compared to their inventory but will help you out if you call. Will update this further when I get down there tomorrow and check it all out!
