As a single mother of 3, left with poor credit from my divorce, I had little options when I needed a new vehicle. I purchased a Saturn Vue from Dale and paid on it for over 2 years and had my loan down to around $5k. My son was having seizures and we had been in and out of the hospital Wednesday-the middle of the night Friday. Exhausted and completely preoccupied with my son, I forgot to stop and make my payment on Friday. On Saturday I realized my car was gone. I thought at first that surely it had been stolen, but a quick call to Dale confirmed theyd repod it. I began crying and tried explaining why I hadnt made it in the day before and that I desperately needed my car back in case my son had another seizure. I had the money to pay my bill. He actually laughed at me and told me that when I wanted to act like a "big girl and stop crying" hed deal with me then and hung up on me. After finally finding a ride up to the shop, he refused to accept my payment and let me have my car back. He stated hed let me have it back when he felt like dealing with me. I called the police and they came out and explained that unfortunately they couldnt do anything, that it was a matter to be settled by the courts. BUT, both officers advised me to cut my losses and not do business with him. They said they are called out there often for the very same thing. Hes notorious for turning over cars many, many times. I have seen 3 different owners driving my red Vue since I let it go. Also, Dale said many extremely shocking, mean and degrading comments during my dealings with him. I may have been an exhausted, weepy woman. But I in no way deserved Dale acting like a mad, raving, abusive lunatic.

Now after they supposedly fixed my wifes car after I raised hell the Head blows in it, Car ran before these back yard mechanics touched it and now it wont run at all and this RIP OFF expects me to pay for it. I dont think so. DO NOT BUY FROM DALE HE IS A RIP OFF!! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!! STAY AWAY FROM HIS LOT!!!

Dale, the owner, is a snake. He over charges and if you are late on a payment he doesnt give you a chance. he wont give you your belongings back if he repos your car, not even your license, social card or even your wallet! he is a snake, and rude and an a$$hole. i do NOT recommend anyone going there!
