What a great experience. I am a loyal Ford buyer that purchased my previous Ford from a different local dealer. I came across the Hubler Ford group while doing an online search. From there, our salesman, Daniel Orr was amazing. Great listener, experienced, knowledgeable, humble. He worked with us in the buying process with a very thorough system. Then, while negotiating the final deal, Duane the general manager stepped in to work us through a fair deal and purchase! Brandon helped us through the financing with ease. Then, at vehicle pick up, again, Dan exceeded my expectations with our vehicle being detailed and ready for us to review. He was careful to explain all features of our SUV with me even to the point of connecting my cell phone to the Sync System for hands free operation. My wife drives a car that will need replaced within the next couple of years and there will be absolutely no question who we call, Hubler Ford and ask for Dan! Two weeks ago my son and daughter-in-law who were here on leave from the military traded in a newer vehicle for two used vehicles to support their growing family needs. Within hours of leaving the lot with the cars, my sons "new" truck began making a terrible noise. We immediately came back to the dealership, at which time the MANAGER told us they were closing and could not help us. Fortunately one of the service men stopped to help us. Now, several weeks later, my daughter-in-laws car is out of commission because the fuel pump is bad. I am APPALLED first of all by the treatment we received the day we bought the cars. THE MANAGER himself was refusing the remedy our problem. Secondly, I cannot believe they would sell a family just starting out two vehicles that were not in good running order, knowing they would be traveling to another state with them to serve our country. Be cautious when dealing with the Shelbyville Hubler Ford Dealership.

I am a repeat customer at Huber Ford in Shelbyville because of their customer service and product knowledge. The sales professionals that Ive encountered there have always focused on my best interests and have provided me with exactly what I am looking for or better. This time was no exception. My sales professional, Jacob, listened to my needs and quickly showed me what was available. He provided me with what I would consider a very reasonable trade in price and ensured that I received all available incentives. He did not pressure me into taking what was on the lot, but provided me with optional vehicles of the same make and model.(Thank you Jake) I will definitely be returning when it is time for an upgrade.

Went with my husband to look @ a Harley Davidson motorcycle. He had called the Monday before to work out a deal. The manager & the salesman BOTH actually called him back when they said they would and the deal was what they said it would be when he got in there today. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. Cliff is very nice and easy to deal with. So is Javier. On the way out, I asked about a used truck for my son. He found one in a matter of minutes and we may be looking at it Friday when we pick up the bike. I purchased my 2012 Flex from Cliff without any problems last Nov 2012 and we love it.

My 2013 Ford F150 has broke down 2 times in the last 4 months. I do have to say I did not buy it at this dealership but they have been right on top of fixing it for me. Service Dept crew are excellent and very polite. A big shout out to Dewayne as the first time I broke down was by Murphys gas station and Dewayne and Bob Cook ( Shelbyville policeman who contacted Dewayne ) had the service dept crew come tow my truck to the dealership at no charge. I cant say enough nice things about this dealership and the quality of service they have provided me. Thanks again guys !!!

Each time I go to Hubler Ford in Shelbyville I receive excellent service. Travis, John and the entire service crew are absolute professionals in they way the deal with the client and provide the best solution as the best price possible. The parts department at Huber Ford in Shelbyville are always a pleasure to deal with. They too are all professional and offer the best option possible when it comes to buying parts. The Service and Parts department are the main reasons we are Hubler Ford customers! I would recommend Hubler Ford to anyone!

I had a great experience buying my new vehicle at this location. Everybody I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and they were able to help me pick a vehicle that was within my price range and met my needs. Jason and A.J. both helped me while I was there and they were very knowledgeable of their inventory, helped me a pick an excellent vehicle, and were able to get my monthly payments down to exactly what I was comfortable with. Bought a brand new car from this dealership. About a day later after driving it I saw a stain the back seat that looked like coffee had been spilled. On top of it the roof had a black mark on the white interior. Asked them why there was a stain on MY BRAND NEW never before drove vehicle and they did not even offer to detail it and or replace the seat to remove the stain. Will not be dealing with this dealership again.

An absolute rip off!!! My grandfather was in the service department at this dealership and told he needed certain things done to his car. Being old he listened and paid waaaaaaayyyyy to much for labor on top of the fact that he probably didnt even need the work done!! I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!! I have had problems there and now praying on the elderly....a disgrace to our community!!!

We bought a new 2013 F150 about a week ago. From day one, Hubler treated me like a special customer after my online query. We were greater warmly when we arrived at the dealership and the same treatment continued even after the sale. They were more than fair with the value of our trade in and gave me the best rebates as promised. Overall very pleasant buying experience!

First of all, I had no appointment. Still, these guys seemed to read my mind. The problem was quickly diagnosed, even without an engine code. Plus, they saved me $ by cleaning the faulty part and not suggesting I replace it. I even asked about having a replacement part for a spare, and they convinced me all was fine and spending that $ wasnt necessary.

Im not sure who all they sell your information to, but I get multiple calls a day about renewing a warranty, extending a warranty... EVERY DAY NO MATTER IF IM IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER, WORK, MEETING KIDS SPORTS... Only reason they got more than one star is because the salesman I had was completely straight up.
