Honestly cant say enough good things about this place. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I bought my first bike from them and they actually let me ride a little 110 around the field beside their shop so that I could get used to riding before leaving with the one I purchased. While working on my bikes and bikes of friends, theyve been extremely helpful and guided me in diagnosing and fixing issues. Chris has taken the time to explain to me how to do several repairs on my own and has always known how to explain to me what parts and tools Ill need to get it done. All around great staff. Highly recommend.

I brought my bike in to be serviced and inquired about buying a new one. Ive never experienced worse service that its just hard to describe. I know Ill never go back to them and will go much farther away to buy/service a bike. I highly recommend Turn One Motorsports in Plymouth, IN. A little farther away but they understand that good business and respecting the customer go hand-in-hand.

TERRIBLE waste of time driving there in progress of filing complaints with Kawasaki there parts manger Kris could care less about business.. sends customers out the door and refuses service WHAT ???? I dont understand how they keep there doors open and I dont think Kawasaki USA will either or BBB when Im done filing with them too.

BEST MOTORCYCLE SHOP AROUND. All the employees are very helpful smart and polite. If you ever had a bad experience here its was probably more your attitude and you not listening to what the professionals had to say.

Great service, drove an hour to get our key cut, ft wayne dealerships couldnt help us they tried but could not successfully cut it. Drove up with in 5 minutes we were in and out and cheaper then our local guys!
