The service department, specifically Justin went above and beyond on my recent visit. I came in not knowing if the steering rack on my 2014 teryx would be covered under warranty and I asked if they could have it repaired by Friday since I am going on a ride in Tennessee. I went in assuming that due to such short notice that it would not be completed in time. I received a phone call 3 hours after I dropped it off saying Kawasaki would warranty it and that the part was already on order and it will hopefully be done no later than Thursday afternoon. Wow!!! One of the best service experiences I have ever had. Thank you Justin and thank you CC Powersports!

I wish I could give it zero stars the one time I decide to call cc powersport ends up costing me money!!! I was tricked into coming to have tires mounted that I was quoted $25 per tire on the phone I told them the rims were not on the bike and I HAD my own tires. So I drove 35 minutes to get there in the rain a guy came out helped me bring it all in then told me it was $40 a rim because I bought my own tires, Then I was told it was a new guys fault I was told that lol. Needless to say They never attempted to make up for a mistake COMPANY made as a team. In the end Im out money for the trip there and back and my time. Crooks in my mind

I picked up a new Kawasaki from Patrick on Saturday. I drove in from Chicago just before closing. Patrick was extremely courteous and despite the time, he didnt rush to get me out the door. We examined the bike, he made sure I knew how to use all the features and even helped load the bike and tie it down to trailer. CC Powersports is a great example of how a motorcycle dealership should be run. One more thing, the transaction was facilitated by my wife as a celebratory gift. Of all the salesmen she dealt with at other dealerships she gave him the sale because he was the nicest to her.

The staff there was great. Patrick was very nice and patient. Ended up having to stay over an hour after they closed to help me get exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend shopping at the Shepherdsville store -- plus, who wants to pay a bridge toll when they can have your product shipped here AND not have to worry about the hassle of getting your product inspected?!

Great Sales team and service is always what service should be! Dealt with the CC crew when I was racing and they always had or could get any part I needed or wanted at a price that nobody could beat! Great place to do business with. Found a nice 2012 Yamaha Stratoliner last year at the Louisville location. Indiana store has a much large selection, but the Louisville store is right around the corner from my home. Would like to see more at the Louisville store, but both stores work together to find what your looking for.

Much better than Indiana as far as service times. I had a couple good services here and they made one bad experience great by fixing it. I highly reccomend the service department. Now sales side it lacks vs Indiana smaller showroom and my sales person was very rude.

Very professional staff! Bought a lanyard and key for my Sea-Doo but it wouldnt program. Pwc has other issues. They returned my money and didnt charge me anything for the techs time! Will reschedule. Nice facility.
