After shopping choppers and other Bikes,I finally came to the conclusion that I wanted to purchase a New Flhx.I talked with Harley dealers in 2 other states and they had the attitude that they didnt care if they sold a Bike or not .I was pre-approved Thru Harley Davidson Financial when I went into Harley of Louisville.I had heard that they had attitudes and were hard to deal with.From the minute i walked in,from the receptionist to sales,finance and delivery,these people could not give Me enough attention. Lisa Byrd was My sales person,did everything to make sure My purchase was easy and stress free.James Davidson handled the business end of My purchase and answered every question I may have had regarding that end of My deal,very personable and informative,advised Me which of his products would help protect My investment as well as telling me which ones might not fit into what I was looking for.When it came time for the delivery of My New Street Glide,Jason was on hand to make sure that I was properly versed on the operation of the Bike.The Bike was detailed to perfection when I walked out to take delivery. This is My first Harley,I absolutely love this Motorcycle and could not have been any happier with My ENTIRE experience With Harley Davidson of Louisville. Guys, My hat is off to Your entire team for making this 1 of the best life experiences since the birth of My 2 sons!!! Once again Guys THANKS so much for the Great experience>

I have to brag on the apparel dept., Sat, June 09, 2012 while waiting for my husband in service I dropped in the apparel dept to check on an exchange item that was on backorder after having checked several times prior. My husband had picked up an emblem hip bag for mother’s day, not a design I liked, I came back in to exchange it that day and the one I wanted was not in stock. Sharon checked the computer and found that I had not been tagged to the will call list when a shipment arrived. She was very personable and then went out of her way to check on my item, checking the recent shipment, rechecking the stock and employing her manager Mark to assist. They found one on display. (yehhh) She was so friendly and made me feel she was there to help just me, her and Mark were friendly, we had a few laughs and I enjoyed my shopping experience with them; I even added another item to my order, it didn’t hurt my feelings to spend a little more money. Thanks guys, since our purchase of a new 2012 HSTC you have been very good to us, we like that personal feeling, we are not just a paying customer…. Gentlemen and Ladies, I recieved a card requesting feedback on my experience at the HD Louisville dealership. On 21 July 2012 I purchased a Yamaha 950 V Star from your dealership. Gary was my salesman. I had a very positive experience with all of your crew. From Gary, to the guy who did the final paperwork (dont remember his name), to the sales ladies in the clothing area. I had visited other dealership, which I will not dime out. Also, I have been riding for over 20 years and I know the sales routine. The reason why I bought the bike at the Louisville dealership was that I was not invisible as I walked through the showroom. Thanks. I also had my daughter with me. Gary made her feel like she was an important part of the process. The process was easy and as painless as any sales event could be. This motorcylcle delivers what I desired and I am very pleased. Finally, I do look forward to returning to the store to look around and purchase another helmet. I bought one that my wife likes, and she wants one too so we will enjoy cruising together. I purchased a new Screamin Eagle Road Glide from This dealer in April of 2011. I am from the Cincinnati Metro area, but, still ride to Louisville to have my bike serviced. I bought it in Louisville and have it serviced there because most Harley Dealers treat you like your a bother to them, and Id much rather deal with people that at least act like they are glad that you are there. I just took it in for its 10,000 mile service on Sat. 7/21/12, and eventhough I had an appointment at 1:00, I didnt get out until after 6:00 PM. Im not sure what the problem was, but, they must have had issues, because they are normally very in control. Ill still be dealing with them for the reasons stated above, but, would like to see them offer a loaner if things are going to be delayed. The Hot Dog guy is no longer there and only a gas station close, so you get kinda hungary after 5 hrs. of waiting.

I bought a brand new FLHX from John Bryant last year and then the wife takes a riding class and decides she wants a bike and i have to say John was more than happy to assist us. He took his time-gave us different options and finally sold her the first bike she have ever bought. I go to pick up the bike to surprise her and we couldnt find the key so they got a locksmith to make another only to find out the wife had the key the whole time but John and Brett went the extra mile as far as i am concerned. I have did some business with the other local HD and had a terrible experience in which i was warned before hand from friends who told customer service is not to be expected along with an attitude that you are lucky they are even letting you buy a bike from them. Louisville HD is the only dealer in town for my spending dollars...Thanks to all at the Louisville HD.

I had been shopping around for a new buke in the louisville area for a couple months now, and Harley Davidson of Louisville was by far the best dealership, they had the Bike I wanted and in STOCK and with the lowest price. My wife and I visited the store on mothers day and were treated with respect and the sales persons were by far the least pushy of all the dealers in town. John B. was very helpful, answered all our questions without pressuring me or following me around the store. To me thats a good sales person, someone who is around but not stepping on your toes. I will refer all my buddies to this store, and will be taking my NEW Sportster to this dealer for ALL my services.

Bought a new Street Glide on Saturday from HD Louisville. It was an excellent experience all the way around. John Young was a great salesman. He even got a different seat from the parts department so I could try an alternative for more comfort. This was one of the least painful buying experiences I have ever had. Financing was also a piece of cake. They gave me a fair price for my trade with no pressure. Then they gave me a fair price for the new motorcycle. And to top it all off I got a $1,000 gift card to spend on accessories. I already got a new riding jacket from the nice ladies in motorclothes. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
