Very expensive and dont stand behind their shoddy work. I was in there 6 months ago I asked them fix anything wrong with my Honda 90St that been sitting 3 years. They charged me 350 to replace carb, clean gas tank and put in battery. 6 months later after putting 50 miles on it the carb leaking like crazy and they wont stand behind work and they want another 150. They were supposed to check out bike and take care any problem since bike was sitting for several years. They gave me repaired bike back with loose axle causing me to wreck and almost killed me. I bled for 2 days. Never going back to these idiots calling themselves mechanics. Check your axle when you leave.

I have only taken my bike to cycle works once. But I plan on using them again. I respect their honesty (that they showed) and very much respect the fact that I spent only $500 to make my 1978 CB750 K ride like a brand new bike. They did a great job. It has only been 3 days and I am sure something could go wrong but. I am very pleased. There are other places that are cleaner and in newer buildings but I have always seen that the guys that do work on motors just to make money and never get their fingernails dirty Stink. These guys are gear heads that will talk to you without talking down to you.

I called the guys mid week and told them of the problem I was having. I was able to take my 84 GW in on Friday afternoon. They took care of my brake problem, replace a bad bulb and looked into my throttle. Like others have posted on here, their customer service is of a thing of the past. I look forward to having Duwayne and Ed to take care of my vintage bike from here on out. Tommy P

I took my 74 Honda to them for the first time today and talked to dwane. He was very knowledgable about the bike and I felt safe leaving it with him. It was well worth the drive, thats how business should be done. 5 minutes talkin busines, 10 minutes bullshittin and a hand shake. I will be giving them all my business

Turnaround time on work was ridiculous. The guys were always very nice, but I had to constantly call and check up on my service. There seemed to be lots of "crossed wires" between employees and dealt with many headaches. My 2-3 day job turned into 3 weeks of a circus. Definitely going somewhere else next time...

Took four weeks, calling every week, to get my cycle picked up out of a public space. In the meantime racked up some tickets. Had a new starter put on my cycle and the next time I rode the starter clutch died. Seemed like an honest busy man, but certainly didnt go the extra mile to do good work.

I stopped by Cycle Works on a Sunday around noon to mount and balance a small scooter tire for my Vespa. I was in and out in 30 minutes at a very fair price. Nowadays, this level of customer service is almost unreal. Needless to say, they earned my business for life.

Took my bike in to get a tube replaced on Labor day and they did it on the spot. They were open on Labor and for a weekend warrior like myself it is great having them available. Great service done quickly and for a fair price.

They are not there to hold your hand when your over priced new bike takes a dump. They are there for the rest of us on our 10, 20, or 30 year old machines. Top notch work done for a low price, and with little delay.

It is refreshing to get this level of customer service. Good guys, giving good advice and not coming across as if they dont want to answer your questions, or they dont have time to help.

They worked on my 81 Honda Silverwing around 5 years ago. They are straight with you. I just heard the place burned down today. A very sad day.
