HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT---I CALLED PRIOR TO DROP OFF. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO WAIT FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DUE THE TIME OF YEAR (2 WEEKS INTO RIDING SEASON). UPON DROP OFF I WENT OVER EVERTYTHING I NEEDED. NOW I WAS TOLD I HAD NO WAIT DUE TO THIER VOLUME AT THE TIME. TWO WEEKS LATER THE MECHANIC CALLED AND REFUSED TO WORK ON MY BIKE. BECAUSE THERE WAS JB WELD ON MY MUFFLER. I NEEDED A NEW CLUTCH, THATS IT. I WAS TOLD BY SERVICE THAT IF ANY BIKE HAS EPOXY, OR JB WELD....IT GETS REFUSED. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND HE WAS RUDE AS WELL. HE TOLD ME THAT I "DID NOT KNOW MY BIKE"....THE MECHANIC SUGGESTED REJETTING BECAUSE OF RUNNING STRAIGHT HEADERS AND I SAID OK....WELL MY BIKE IS FUEL INJECTED. I HAVE HAD MY BIKE FOR 1 YEAR, YES I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS FUEL INJECTED AS IT IS USED. BUT ITS NOT MY JOB TO KNOW THE BIKES MECHANICAL COMPONENTS, ITS THE MECHANICS. ALSO I TOLD THEM MY BIKE HAD NO OIL DUE TO ME CHANGING THE OIL, SPOTTING THE METAL FLAKES IN THE OIL, AND REALIZING THE CLUTCH COVER WAS BEING SCRAPED BY THE CLUTCH SPRINGS. THE MANAGER ASKED WHY THERE WAS NO OIL...I EXPLAINED I WAS CHANGING OIL. HE THEN SAID " OH SO YOU BEGAN TO WORK ON THE CLUTCH, YOU DIDNT KNOW WHAT YOU WERE DOING, AND SO NOW YOU WANT STATION PARK TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. WE DONT WANT YOUR PROBLEM TO BE OUR PROBLEM" WTF???!!! DONT MECHANICS FIX PROBLEMS???? I HAD NOT MECHANICALLY TOUCHED MY BIKE AT ALL. II HAD CHANGED THE OIL...THE FACT IS, I TOOK MY BIKE FOR WORK, I TOLD THEM IT HAD NO OIL, I MADE THE MECHANIC WRITE THAT ON THE BID AND TOLD THEM NOT TO START MY BIKE.....MY BIKE WAS MOST LIKELY STARTED, WITH NO OIL, AND THEY THEN REALIZEXD WHAT THEY HAD DONE, AND NOW HAVE REFUSED TO REPAIR MY BIKE FOR THE INITIAL ISSUE BECAUSE THEY STARTED MY BIKE WITH NO OIL AND REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR INCOMPETENCE. MY BIKE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ENGINE PROBLEMS PRIOR TO DROPPIN OFF. MY BIKE WAS THERE FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE CALLED, I SHOWED THE MECHANIC EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, HE SAW THE JB WELD WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF AND HE EVEN ASKED WHAT IT WAS FOR AN I TOLD HIM UPON DROP OFF. IF THE POLICY IS NO BIKE WITH JB WELD ANYTWHERE ON THE BIKE OR ANY OTHER EPOXY, WHY DID HE ACCEPT MY BIKE IN THE FIRST PLACE? I ALSO I SAID I WOULD SIGN A WAIVER AND THAT I JUST WANT MY CLUTCH FIXED AND I WAS HATEFULLY TURNED DOWN. MY 2005 RC-51 IF FAR FROM A PIECE OF JUNK AND IT HAS NOT BEEN PIECED TOGETHER, THIS BIKE IS SUPER CLEAN AND VERY VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF... WHO TURNS DOWN A SIMPLE CLUTCH REPLACEMENT???? WELL, IF YOUR GOING TO PUT IN A 500 CLUTCH, BUT YOU START A ENGINE WITHOUTH OIL, AND THE DAMAGE DONE FAR FAR EXCEEDS 500 FOR THE CLUTCH, IT WOULD BE TURNED IT DOWN CAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO FIX DAMAGE CAUSED. THE MECHANIC AND THE MANAGER WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDISENDING. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN, NO WILL MY CLUB.

Horrible service. Horrible salesmanship. I was told they wanted my brand new bike, and then when I brought it down, was told, "Sorry. We arent buying." Yet I was told to bring it down. "We want that bike. Its our most popular sale bike." The service department did a full check over and said its a brand new CBR 1000 RR with 300 miles on it. I drove an hour there and an hour back for the worlds worst service ever. I will be going through Harley Davidson from now on. I suggest you all do the same.

Ive bought two bikes from this business and both times Ive been very happy with the price and the service. Just recently, I had a problem with the idle on my CTX1300 and they took it in, fixed it and did it quicker than what they promised me. The price was very resonable and Jason the mechanic advised me of what the problem was. If I ever have to buy another bike, I will of course consider Station Park as one of the first places to go. I recommend this business to all cyclists!

I went to buy a spanner socket to install a clutch in my honda 250 -when I told Josh the sales person he let me know right away that they could loan me one. Witch was great-as the socket cost over $63.00 and I might never need it in the future. I will be a loyal customer from this point on -my helmet is off to Station Park Honda. Absolutely the best service I have ever had! I am so grateful to have went to this store today! I will be telling all my friends and family about this place! Also we got a 2016 for the same price as a 2014 at CC MotorSports! On top of that we saved 250 dollars because CC MotorSports was trying to add another fee that this store did not! Great experience. From sales, service, finance dept, & parts dept all knowledgeable & great to deal with folks. Actually took a older ATV in for a valve adjustment and they called me and said I did not need it and all was well. Went back and bought a new ATV this year with comfort I was getting a great deal and down the road support as well. Highly recommend !!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous I had a 2004 400EX I had taken there to get gaskets in a tuneup three weeks later the motor had blown had a 300 Fourtrax they replace the gasket on three months after that Ive only ridden-it twice a gasket is dripping oil very disappointed in Honda guess Ill have to go with Kawasaki for now on

Bought a used work and play camper from Dean at station park honda. The camper was just as he described if not better. Dean and his staff were friendly and very helpful. Not many businesses go out of there way to help the customer anymore but this place does. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Friendly employees that seem knowledgeable. Website is not up to date with the actual stock. When you go in you have to ask to go in the back to see the used motorcycles. Lots of new Honda motorcycles with very good pricing.

The staff is very helpful. They dont try to oversell and help you get what you need for the best price. They will specifically refer you to another business if they cant help you with a particular need.
