DT is an absolute modern marvel of what a retail environment should be anywhere in todays social media-driven world. An emphasis on the customer that walks through their doors (not their fellow co-workers). Expert advice and first-hand experience with particular brands. Courtesy towards the customer in asking when theyd like to have service done- on the customers schedule- not the shops. Remembering customers when they come in for an appointment. Just an all-around great atmosphere to do business with. And to top it off, a hard-working man named Joe walked into the waiting area, sweaty and dirty from being in the garage. He grabbed a water, and then another, and another, and one more. I figured he was giving the other waters to his boys in the bay. Nope. Joe walked around to everyone whos sitting down and asks if theyd like a bottle of water. When was the last time you were in a tire shop and a dude from the garage practiced etiquette like that? The majority of the tire shops Ive been to have garage staff that look like Id be lucky just to get my vehicle back without the radio ripped out. To Roman and the rest of the DT staff- fantastic job. This place almost makes you forget tires nowadays cost a small fortune. Im glad I chose Discount Tire.

Last year I had my front two tires replaced at Discount Tire due to a front hub going bad and at the time I bought certificates for all the tires including the two I had purchased at Costco. I went in on Saturday to have the other two tires replaced and they replaced one of my tires free due to having a puncture in it. I forgot I even had the certificate on that tire. They were fast, friendly and had the tires mounted quickly. Two days later I ran over something and had a puncture in one of my tires and they took it in and fixed it right away at no charge. I usually purchased my tires at Costco but started going to Discount Tire due to having to wait a long time for Costco to service my tires and their typical grumpy attitude. Discount Tires prices are also competitive with Costco and their people are awesome and will go above and beyond to help

Always liked Discount Tire until this week. I will probably go back, but not anytime soon. Wanted to get my tires rotated because the front ones were down to 2 mils on the edges and still had 4 mils in the center. Back tires had 4 mils all around. Sales guy goes through the talk showing me about tread life. Then after checking my car says that I should get all new tires, or at least two. I told him I planned to get new tires with them at the end of summer. Then, he said five words that set me off, "we cant service your car..." Basically this scare tactic and hard sales approach was a lie. I walked out. Went to another place, gave them $10 and my car is driving nice and will be good until the end of the summer. I wonder how many other people succumb to their scare tactics. Very dissapointed!

Every single time I visit this place, they go above and beyond what I expect, and even beyond what I pay for. They are respectful of my time, and for the most part are very accurate about appointments and estimated waits. Not only that, but last time I went to replace one of my back tires (only had the money for a single replacement at the time, though I needed two). They not only found me an amazing deal on the tire, but for the price they quoted me they ALSO found a way to get me another tire which I needed... and on top of that, they even threw in a free replacement for my spare which was currently on my car. Their concern for the customer exceeds what Ive experienced at other stores, and for that reason alone theyve earned my recommendation and my business.

These guys are without a doubt the absolute best tire shop I have ever been to... And Ive been to a lot of them. They are much more akin to an indy pit crew "team" than they are a tire shop. They take it to an entirely different level. Really. Seeing is believing. Prepare to be amazed as I was. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Also, be sure and spring for the "road force balance" test if you want the absolute best ride possible. They will explain how and why this computerized system gives you the perfect ride. Its science and popular mechanics, but they dont mind taking the time to show you how and why it works so well.

Had front end shake, thought I needed alignment, they referred me to Christian Brothers. CB said I had a bad tire, needed no alignment, referred me back to Discount. Went there, talked to Chris, gave me several options on replacements at good prices. Ended up getting 2 tires and mechanic showed me switch on my air-shocks that needed to be turned off & back on so wouldnt burn out when car was on lift. I take all my cars to these guys, always honest, great prices and good work. I highly recommend them if youre in Noblesville or Hamilton county area. Jeff Bell

I have had all four of my tires replaced from this Discount Tire a year and a half ago. Last month, during the icy road condition, my car hit the side of the road. Both of my front tires went out. So, I had them replaced from a local tire place. Since I had warranty on those tires, I went to Discount Tire and asked them what they could do for me. I faxed in the receipt for the tire replacement and they actually refunded me for the tires and added warranty on the two tires, which I didnt purchase from them in the first place. Excellent customer service!

I bought my tires from Discount Direct Online and had them installed here. SUPER FAST. I was out in 20 minutes. My complaint was the price. When I called, they said it would be $16 per tire. When I got there, it was $16 + $2 disposal + $7 tire rebuild kit - per tire. Yes, technically it was only $16 to install per tire, but thats like saying I want a haircut, but the trimming the sideburns is extra. Edit: 2 years later. This shop is getting busier and busier. Every time I come here, there is a 2 to 3 hour wait. Might think about expanding more bays.

I am not one to write a review normally. However, I came to Discount tire in need of a new set of four tires. On the phone I was quoted $89 a tire. When I came to the store they only had 3 of the tire I was quoted. The person taking care of me got me a $109 tire, a much better tire, for $95 without me even asking. I worked customer service for 6 years and I know great customer service when I see it. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Discount Tire has my families business from here on for all of our vehicles.

Been coming to Discount Tire for nearly a decade after they gave me a replacement tire for free after getting a non-repairable puncture. The Noblesville store has great staff (fast and friendly) and the store is generally always clean. The employees hustle to get you out as soon as possible. They have good prices on their tires as well. Until Im burned, i dont plan to go anywhere else. With several storea across the US, youll also have warranty and repair at any of their facilities!
